We recommend Smart Casual attire. While the atmosphere is relaxed, it is a 5-star experience. During the winter months (December–February), we advise bringing a light jacket or sweater, as it can get chilly on the open-air upper deck.

Are alcoholic beverages included in the price?

The standard ticket includes unlimited non-alcoholic beverages (water, soft drinks, and juices). However, house beverages are available on board as an upgrade for an additional fee. Please note that alcohol is not served during Islamic occasions or national holidays.

Can you accommodate specific dietary restrictions or allergies?

Yes! We offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options as part of our standard buffet. For specific food allergies or strict dietary requirements (such as gluten-free or nut-free), please inform us at the time of booking so our kitchen can prepare accordingly.

What happens if I am late for the reporting time?

The reporting time is 08:00 PM, and the vessel sails promptly at 08:30 PM. According to our Terms and Conditions, failure to arrive by the sailing time is considered a “No-Show,” and a 100% charge applies without a refund.

Do you provide hotel pickup and drop-off?

Standard tickets are for the cruise only. However, optional hotel transfers can be arranged at an additional surcharge. You can request this service while making your online reservation or by contacting our 24/7 expert consultants.

Is the cruise suitable for children and infants?

Absolutely! The Royal Dhow Cruise is perfect for families. Infants under 3 years old join for free, and children aged 3–11 enjoy a discounted child rate. It is a safe and enchanting experience for guests of all ages.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and events purchased through VooTours Tourism, including services facilitated by our approved subcontractors for catering and transportation. By accessing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. General Provisions

• Definitions: The terms “VooTours Tourism,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the company and its affiliated entities.

• Amendments: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any discretion and without prior notice. The most current version posted on our website supersedes all previous versions.

2. Food and Beverage Policy

• Halal Compliance: In strict accordance with UAE regulations, all food and beverages served are 100% Halal. No pork products are utilized in our catering.

• Outside Food: For safety and quality control, bringing outside food or beverages to any VooTours venue is strictly prohibited.

• Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol service is restricted to guests aged 21 and above. Valid government-issued identification must be presented upon request.

3. Dietary Restrictions and Medical Conditions

• Notification: Guests must disclose any dietary restrictions, food allergies, or medical conditions at the time of booking.

• Dietary Options: While we offer vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free alternatives, these must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the event.

• Liability: While we strive to accommodate all needs, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. For severe conditions, we reserve the right to advise against attendance for the guest’s safety or suggest they bring specialized meals.

4. Mobility and Medical Assistance

• First Aid: A First Aid-certified team member is present at every event. While emergency care may be facilitated, VooTours is not obligated to provide specialized medical services.

• Accessibility: Guests with mobility issues must inform us during the booking process. Depending on the activity and safety requirements, a private vehicle may be mandatory. We reserve the right to decline participation if a disability poses a safety risk that cannot be mitigated.

5. Safety Guidelines

• Risk Acknowledgment: Participation in all activities is voluntary. Guests assume full responsibility for following safety briefings and correctly using provided equipment (e.g., seat belts, life jackets, or harnesses).

• Compliance: VooTours is not liable for injuries resulting from a guest’s failure to adhere to safety instructions.

• Vehicle Safety: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. Furthermore, it is illegal to carry personal alcohol inside any tourist vehicle in the UAE. Violators will be returned to the pickup point immediately without a refund.

6. Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Payment: Full payment via credit card (Visa/MasterCard), electronic transfer, or cheque is required prior to the event. Failure to settle the balance will result in automatic booking cancellation.

• Cancellation Deadlines:

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund / No fee.

  • Within 48 Hours: 100% cancellation fee (No refund).

• No-Shows: Failure to arrive at the scheduled time results in a 100% no-show charge.

• Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

7. Personal Belongings and Media

• Personal Effects: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables. VooTours is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property.

• Media Usage: By participating, you grant VooTours Tourism a perpetual, royalty-free license to use any photos, videos, or recordings taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

8. Liability Disclaimer and Governing Law

• Disclaimer: VooTours Tourism, its staff, and its affiliates are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, or death occurring in connection with your booking or the event.

• Governing Law: All disputes arising from these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
