Please read the following procedures carefully to ensure you clearly understand the conditions of your preferred tour.

All terms and conditions mentioned below apply to bookings made through our official websites.

  1. Pricing

Our policy guarantees competitive pricing along with the convenience of secure online reservations.

  • Inclusions: Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted on a per-person basis.
  • Exclusions: Prices do not include tips/gratuities, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, beverages, food (unless specified), accommodation, room service, or laundry.
  • Adjustments: Published rates may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, such as increases in airline tickets, hotel rates, or government taxes.
  1. Methods of Payment

We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or other agreed currencies).

  • Requirement: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Billing: Guests must provide valid credit card details to complete the transaction, which will appear as a charge on your bank statement.
  1. Confirmation of Payment

Upon successful payment, our travel consultants will send a confirmation voucher via email.

  • Redemption: You may present a printed copy or digital version of this voucher to the service provider to redeem your tour.
  • Accuracy: Please ensure all travel requirements and personal details provided at the time of booking are accurate.
  1. Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation Charges

In the event of a cancellation or amendment, the following charges apply:

  • Over 48 hours prior to tour date: No cancellation fee.
  • 24 to 48 hours prior to tour date: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 24 hours prior to tour date: 100% cancellation fee (No refund).
  • Processing Fee: For all credit card refunds, a 5% online service charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Gift Certificates: These are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

4.2 No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive for a scheduled tour, no refund (partial or full) will be provided. This applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, or chauffeur services. Rescheduling is not permitted for confirmed “No-Show” bookings.

4.3 Refund Method

“Refunds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment.” Please allow for standard banking processing times for the funds to appear in your account.

  1. Cancellation Procedures

All cancellation requests must be submitted to VooTours LLC in writing (email or fax).

  • Acknowledgment: We will confirm your cancellation via email or telephone and notify you of any applicable fees.
  • Liability: VooTours cannot be held responsible for any cancellation requests that were not received in writing or confirmed by our team.
  1. Itinerary Amendments

Routes and services are subject to change based on local weather conditions, airway schedules, or administrative decisions.

  • Alternatives: Should changes occur, we will provide suitable options of similar value, subject to availability.
  • Rights: VooTours reserves the right to implement minor itinerary amendments at any time without reimbursement.
  • Force Majeure: No reimbursement will be provided in events of vis major (Force Majeure), such as floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
  1. Travel Insurance

VooTours LLC shall not be held liable for damages resulting from accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal baggage, or trip cancellations. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover unforeseen events.

  1. Travel Documents

It is the sole responsibility of the guest to ensure they carry valid travel documents, including a passport (minimum 6 months validity) and a valid ID card.

  • Compliance: Travelers must check with their respective consulates regarding current visa and health requirements.
  • Liability: No refunds will be issued for denied entry or tour cancellation due to a lack of relevant travel documents.
  1. Website Usage Restrictions

All content on this website—including logos, images, tour details, and pricing—is the proprietary property of VooTours LLC. As a condition of use, you agree not to exploit this website or its content for any commercial, non-personal, or illegitimate purposes.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Payment & Governance: We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or other agreed currencies). Any dispute or claim arising from this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), our country of domicile.
  • Age Restriction: Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users, transacting, or using this website.
  • Transaction Security: All payment details provided on our website are transmitted directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of all transaction records and Merchant policies.
  • Compliance: In accordance with UAE law, vootours.com will NOT provide services or products to any countries under OFAC sanctions.
  • Multiple Bookings: Multiple bookings may result in multiple entries on the cardholder’s monthly statement. Single orders may be split into multiple bookings based on availability.
  • Tour Availability: All tours are subject to availability.
  • Language: All tours are conducted in English, with the exception of the scheduled German Bus Tour.
  • Pick-up & Drop-off: Rates include hotel or mall pick-up and drop-off within Abu Dhabi city, excluding Ferrari World and Yas Waterworld. All pick-up locations are subject to confirmation by the VooTours Reservations team.
  • Child Policy: Child rates apply to ages 4–12 years. Children under 3 years are free of charge but must sit on a parent’s lap and may not occupy a separate seat. Parents are solely responsible for their children.
  • Health & Safety: Since our Desert Safaris involve off-road driving, pregnant women and guests with heart problems or sensitive ailments participate at their own risk and responsibility.
  • Adventure Activities: Before participating in Quad Bike or Dune Buggy activities, guests must sign a mandatory disclaimer. VooTours LLC is not responsible for accidents during these activities, and they are not covered by our standard insurance.
  • Prohibited Conduct: Smoking and the consumption or carriage of alcohol are strictly prohibited in all VooTours vehicles.
  • Photography: Photography of military, police, and government installations is strictly prohibited. Please ask permission before photographing local residents; photographing ladies is not permitted.
  • Ramadan Guidelines: Tour schedules are subject to change during the Holy Month of Ramadan. Alcohol and belly dancing performances will not be available during this period.
  • Rate Adjustments: Any increase in fuel prices or government taxes will be reflected immediately in our proposals and pricing.
  • Itinerary Rights: VooTours reserves the right to reschedule routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at its sole discretion, primarily for your safety or convenience.
  • Refunds & No-Shows: * Unused inclusions in a tour package are non-refundable.
    • Failure to reach the designated pick-up point on time will be considered a “No-Show,” incurring a 100% cancellation charge.
    • No alternative transfers or refunds will be arranged if a guest misses the vehicle’s departure.
  • Weather & Contingencies: Should a tour be altered due to bad weather, vehicle issues, or traffic, we will make every effort to arrange an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.
  • Seating Arrangements: Seating is determined by the driver or tour guide based on availability, except in the case of private transfers.
  • Timings: Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate and will be adjusted based on your specific location and current traffic conditions.
  • Promotions: Coupon codes must be redeemed exclusively during the online booking process.
