Operational & Scheduling Policies

• Seating Arrangement: Seating for all transfers is based on availability and will be allocated by our tour manager, driver, or guide.

• Transfer Timing: The pick-up and drop-off times listed on the website are approximate. Actual timing may vary by up to 30 to 60 minutes and can be adjusted based on the trip schedule, traffic conditions, and your location.

• Punctuality/No Show: Guests who are not present on time for the pick-up will be considered a No-Show. We reserve the right to charge 100% No-Show fees if the guest is late. If our vehicle departs due to the guest’s delay, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided for the missed tour.

• Unused Services: There is no refund for services that are only partly utilized.

Safety, Liability, and Logistics

• Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event the tour is delayed or cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., severe traffic, vehicle breakdowns, weather, or delays by other guests), we will make every effort to provide alternative options, if possible.

• Personal Belongings: You are solely responsible for your personal belongings (such as media equipment, wallets, or valuable items) left in our vehicles or at tour sites. Our staff will not be held responsible for them.

• Strollers: Strollers are not permitted inside vehicles unless you have informed us prior to making the reservation.

• Mandatory ID: Certain tours require your original passport or Emirates ID. This information is listed in the important notes; we are not responsible if you miss a tour where ID is mandatory.

• Private Transport: Private transportation arrangements can be organized for any tour upon request.

Local Customs and Etiquette

• Inclusion Closures: Certain advertised inclusions may be closed on weekends or specific days due to government norms, and we cannot be held responsible for these changes.

• Cultural/Religious Observance: On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol or feature live entertainment.

• Prohibited Photography: Photography of UAE residents (especially ladies), military institutions, government buildings, and installations is strictly prohibited.

• Local Laws: Littering is a punishable offense that may result in fines. Smoking is not allowed inside public areas.

Health and Dress Code

• Water Activity Safety: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in the water during any water activities.

• Dress Code: Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year. However, light sweaters or jackets may be needed for the cooler winter months.

• Sun Protection: We advise bringing quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat when exposed to direct sunlight.

Booking Contract

• Review of Terms: Please carefully read and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the ‘Terms and Conditions’, Price Grid, and any other applicable documents, as all these form part of your contract with us once you complete the booking.

Operational Flexibility and Safety

• We reserve the exclusive right to modify the itinerary, route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour entirely at our sole discretion, particularly when we deem it necessary for the safety or convenience of our guests.

• Should a tour be cancelled or significantly altered due to unforeseen issues like bad weather, vehicle breakdown, or severe traffic problems, we will make every sincere effort to arrange an alternative service with similar options, subject to availability.

Booking & Refunds

• Any unused inclusions within a booked tour package are strictly non-refundable.

• Coupon Codes can only be applied and redeemed during the online booking process.

Pick-up and No-Show Policy

• The pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate and will be adjusted based on your specific location and prevailing traffic conditions.

• Guests who fail to arrive on time at the designated pick-up point will be classified as a No-Show.

• We reserve the right to apply a 100% No-Show charge if the guest is not present on time for the pick-up.

• If the guest is late and our vehicle departs, we will not arrange for an alternative transfer, and no refund will be provided for the missed tour.

Seating Policy

• Seating arrangements are allocated based on availability and are decided by the driver or tour guide, except in the case of explicitly booked private transfers.

The total experience, including the thrilling desert activities and roundtrip transfers, is approximately 3-4 hours.

2. What is the primary focus of the tour and why should I choose a sunrise safari?

The primary focus is the Unmatched Dawn Experience, allowing you to capture the serene and unique beauty of the desert sunrise, which is generally quieter and less crowded than evening safaris.

3. What activities are included in the safari package?

The package includes a thrilling 30 minutes of 4×4 Dune Bashing, a Sun Rise Photography stop, a traditional Camel Ride, and Sand Boarding on the golden dunes.

4. Is pick-up and drop-off service included, and from where?

Yes. Complimentary Pick Up & Drop off by 4×4 vehicle is included from anywhere within Dubai City Limits. Note that specific hotels outside the core zone incur a surcharge of AED 150/-.

5. What is the minimum number of guests required for this tour to operate?

This tour requires a minimum of 3 guests to operate. Please check the availability if your group size is less than three.

6. Are there any health restrictions for participating in the Dune Bashing?

Yes. Due to the rigorous nature of the dune drive, pregnant ladies and children below 3 years old are advised by government authorities not to opt for the dune bashing portion of the tour.

7. Does the tour provide breakfast or other meals?

No. The sunrise safari package excludes Breakfast. However, cold Water and Soft drinks are provided throughout the morning as refreshments.

8. Are the tours private or shared?

The tours are operated on a sharing basis with other guests unless you specifically request and book private arrangements.

9. What should I wear for the Sunrise Desert Safari?

We recommend wearing comfortable and light clothing for the heat in summer. For the cooler winter mornings, you should bring comfortable and warm clothes (jackets/sweaters).

10. Can I get a full refund if I need to cancel my booking?

Refunds are tiered: 95% if canceled 7 calendar days prior, 80% if canceled 5-7 days prior, and 0% if canceled less than 96 hours before the tour. All refunds are subject to an AED 10 service charge.

• Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed instantly upon successful completion of the reservation.

• Minimum Pax: This tour requires a minimum of 3 participants (Pax) to operate. If your group is smaller than three, kindly contact us prior to booking to confirm tour feasibility.

• Pick-up Location: Complimentary roundtrip transfers are exclusively provided from hotels located within Abu Dhabi. Please be ready and wait in your hotel lobby for your scheduled pick-up.

• Health Warning: For safety reasons, this tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals suffering from back injuries or chronic back pain.

• Ramadan/Dry Days Policy: In compliance with UAE government guidelines, please note that live entertainment and the serving of alcoholic beverages will be suspended during the Holy Month of Ramadan or other government-mandated Dry Days.
