• Seating & Scheduling: Seating is allocated by the Tour Manager based on availability. While we strive for punctuality, pick-up and drop-off times may vary by 30 to 60 minutes due to traffic or your specific location.
• What to Wear: Lightweight summer clothing is ideal for most of the year. During winter months (December–February), we recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket.
• Sun Protection: We strongly advise wearing high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat when outdoors.
• Personal Belongings: Please keep your valuables (cameras, wallets, etc.) with you at all times. VooTours and our staff are not responsible for items left in vehicles or at tour sites.
• Strollers & Equipment: Strollers are not permitted in vehicles unless requested in advance. Please notify us during booking if you require space for one.
• Child Safety: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times during water-based activities.
• Local Laws & Etiquette:
  • Photography: Taking photos of UAE residents (especially women), military sites, and government buildings is strictly prohibited.
  • Public Conduct: Smoking in public areas and littering are illegal and may result in heavy fines.
• Identification: Always check the “Important Notes” for your specific tour; many require your original Passport or Emirates ID for entry.
• No-Show & Refund Policy: * A 100% no-show charge applies if you are not at the pick-up point on time.
  • No refunds are provided for missed or partly utilized services.
  • If a vehicle departs because a guest is late, alternative transport will not be arranged.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues, we will do our best to offer alternative arrangements, but we cannot be held liable for external delays.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Right to Modify: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, adjust routes, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. Such changes are primarily made to ensure the safety or convenience of our guests.
• Non-Refundable Services: Any inclusions within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.
• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated pick-up point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show.” In this event, 100% cancellation charges apply, and no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be provided.
• Departure Protocol: If a guest is not present at the time of departure, our vehicle will proceed to the next location. We will not arrange secondary transfers or offer refunds for tours missed due to late arrivals.
• Operational Contingencies: Should a tour be altered or cancelled due to force majeure—such as extreme weather, unexpected traffic, or mechanical issues—we will make every sincere effort to offer an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.
• Seating Allocation: For all shared transfers, seating is arranged based on availability and is managed by our drivers or tour guides. Specific seat requests are only guaranteed for Private Transfers.
• Timing Estimates: All pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. Actual timings may vary based on your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.
• Promotional Codes: Coupon codes are valid exclusively for bookings made through our official online checkout process.
• Partial Utilization: No refunds or credits will be issued for services that are only partially used by the guest.
• Contractual Agreement: By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms, which form a binding contract between you and VooTours.

• Group Size Requirements: This tour requires a minimum of 2 guests to operate. If you are traveling solo, please contact us to confirm availability before booking.
• Pick-up Logistics: Door-to-door transfers are exclusive to hotels within Abu Dhabi city limits. Guests are kindly asked to wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time.
• Health & Safety: For your safety, this tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with chronic back conditions.
• Ramadan & Religious Holidays: In observance of UAE government guidelines, live entertainment and alcohol will not be available during Ramadan or on “Dry Days.” For specific dates, please reach out to us at info@vootours.com.

Where is La Perle by Dragone located?

The show is held in a custom-built theatre located in the heart of Al Habtoor City, just off Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.

How long is the performance?

The show runs for approximately 90 minutes. Please note that there is no intermission, so we recommend settling into your seats before the start.

What is the minimum age for children to attend?

For safety and the comfort of all guests, children under the age of two (2) are not permitted. All guests aged two and above must have a valid ticket.

What should I wear to the show?

The recommended dress code is Smart Casual. While there isn’t a strict formal requirement, many guests enjoy dressing up for a special evening out.

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?

Yes, photography is permitted; however, the use of flash and laser pointers is strictly prohibited as they can distract and endanger the artists during their stunts.

What are the benefits of booking a Platinum or VIP ticket?

 Both Platinum and VIP tickets include complimentary valet parking and exclusive access to the VIP lounge. In the lounge, you can enjoy savory canapés, popcorn, and soft beverages before the show begins.

Can I bring my own food and drinks into the theatre?

No outside food or beverages are allowed. Only snacks and drinks purchased at the theatre’s official concessions are permitted inside the seating area.

What happens if I arrive late?

To ensure the safety of the performers and avoid disrupting the audience, late arrivals will only be admitted into the theatre at a suitable interval in the performance.

Are the tickets refundable if I can’t make it?

All tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. However, if you purchase Show Insurance through VooTours at the time of booking, you may be eligible for a refund or a one-time date change due to flight delays or medical emergencies.
