• Punctuality & No-Shows: We enforce a 100% no-show fee if guests are not ready at the scheduled pickup time. If the vehicle departs, no alternative transport or refund will be provided.

• Force Majeure: VooTours is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, mechanical issues, or weather. We will attempt to provide alternative arrangements where possible.

• No-Show Classification: Any guest who fails to arrive at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time will be classified as a “No-Show.”

• Fees and Alternatives: We reserve the right to apply a 100% no-show fee. In these instances, the vehicle will depart as scheduled, and no financial reimbursement or alternative transportation will be provided for the missed tour.

3. Transport and Seating

• Pickup and Drop-off Timings: Timings listed on our website are estimates only. Actual schedules will be adjusted based on your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Seating Allocation: For all shared tours, seating is assigned by the driver or tour guide based on availability. Specific seat requests are only guaranteed for private transfers.

4. Refunds and Promotions

• Unused Services: Any inclusions or activities within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.
