Pickup Locations: Standard pickup is provided from City Center Hotels. Pickups from locations outside the city center can be arranged upon request for an additional surcharge.

Punctuality: Guests must be ready at the scheduled time. Failure to arrive on time will be classified as a “No Show,” and no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
