• Guest Responsibilities:

  • Required Documentation: Always carry your original Passport or Emirates ID if specified in the tour notes. We cannot be held responsible for missed tours due to missing identification.

  • Personal Belongings: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables. VooTours is not liable for the loss or damage of electronics, wallets, or other items left in vehicles or at sites.

  • Strollers: Strollers are only permitted in vehicles if requested and confirmed during the reservation process.

• Safety & Conduct:

  • Child Supervision: Children (Ages 3–12) must be accompanied by an adult at all times during water-based activities.

  • Photography Etiquette: It is strictly prohibited to photograph military sites, government buildings, and UAE residents (specifically women).

  • Prohibitions: Smoking in public areas and littering are illegal and punishable by government fines.

• Dress Code & Preparation:

  • Attire: Lightweight summer wear is suitable year-round; however, a jacket or sweater is recommended during the winter months.

  • Sun Safety: We strongly suggest using high-quality sunscreen, sunglasses, and hats for all outdoor activities.

• Operational Policies:

  • No-Show Policy: A 100% charge applies for guests who are late for pickup. If the vehicle departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.

  • Force Majeure: VooTours is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. We will provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.

  • Refunds: No refunds are issued for partially used services.

1. Operational Rights & Modifications

• Right to Adjust: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. These decisions are primarily made to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Force Majeure & Technical Issues: If a tour is canceled or modified due to adverse weather, vehicle maintenance, or significant traffic disruptions, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative, subject to availability.

2. Punctuality and No-Show Policy

• Strict Departure: Guests must arrive at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show.”

• Fees & Transfers: We reserve the right to apply a 100% no-show charge. Once the vehicle departs from the pickup location, no alternative transportation will be arranged, and no refunds or reimbursements will be issued for the missed tour.

3. Transport and Seating

• Seating Allocation: For all shared transfers, seating is managed by the driver or tour guide based on daily availability. Specific seat requests are not guaranteed, except in the case of private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: Pickup and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. Actual timings will be adjusted based on your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Promotions

• Non-Refundable Inclusions: Any portion of a tour package or specific inclusion that is not utilized by the guest is strictly non-refundable.

• Coupon Redemption: Promotional discount codes are valid only when redeemed during the official online booking process.

How is a Jetpack different from a Flyboard?

The primary difference is the seating. While a Flyboard requires you to stand and balance on your feet, the Jetpack features a built-in saddle. This design carries your weight, providing more stability and making it easier for beginners to achieve flight quickly.

Do I need any prior experience to try the Jetpack?

No prior experience is necessary! Your 30-minute session includes 10 minutes of one-on-one professional coaching. Our instructors will teach you how to take off, steer, and use hand signals so you can fly confidently.

Are there specific weight and age requirements?

Yes. For safety and equipment calibration, participants must weigh between 50 kg and 90 kg. Additionally, all riders must be at least 17 years of age.

Do I need to know how to swim?

Yes, basic swimming skills are required. While you will be wearing a life jacket and a helmet at all times, being comfortable in the water is essential for your safety and enjoyment.

What is the total duration of the activity?

The entire experience lasts 30 minutes. This is divided into 10 minutes of safety briefing and flight instruction, followed by 20 minutes of actual flying time over the water.

Where exactly is the meeting point?

The activity takes place at Dukes The Palm, Royal Hideaway Hotel. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to check in and prepare for your session.

What should I bring with me?

You must bring a valid original passport or Emirates ID for identification. You should also bring your own beachwear and a towel. Changing facilities are available on-site.

Can I participate if I have a medical condition?

For safety reasons, this activity is not suitable for pregnant women or individuals who have undergone surgery within the last 6 months. It is also not recommended for those with heart, back, or neck issues.

 What happens if the weather is too rough for flying?

Your safety is our top priority. If sea conditions are unsafe or the weather is poor, VooTours reserves the right to reschedule your session to a safer time or date.

What is the policy if I arrive late for my session?

Punctuality is vital as we run on a strict schedule. Late arrivals are considered a “No Show,” which results in a 100% cancellation fee without the possibility of a refund or rescheduling.
