• Safety & Guest Conduct:

  • Photography Etiquette: It is strictly prohibited to photograph military sites, government buildings, or UAE residents (specifically women).

  • Prohibitions: Smoking in public spaces and littering are illegal and punishable by government fines.

  • Supervision: Children aged 3–12 must be under constant adult supervision during any water-based activities.

  • Stroller Policy: Strollers are only permitted in vehicles if we are notified and confirm the request at the time of booking.

• Preparation & Attire:

  • Seasonal Dress: Lightweight summer clothing is recommended year-round; however, we suggest a jacket or sweater for the cooler winter months.

  • Sun Safety: We highly recommend using high-quality sunscreen, sunglasses, and hats for all outdoor excursions.

• Operational Policies:

  • Valuables: Guests are solely responsible for their personal property. VooTours and its staff are not liable for lost or damaged electronics, wallets, or other valuables.

  • Holiday Restrictions: Alcoholic beverages and live entertainment are unavailable during Islamic occasions and National Holidays.

  • No-Show Policy: A 100% charge applies for late arrivals. If the vehicle departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be issued.

  • Force Majeure: VooTours is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. We will provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.

  • Refunds: No refunds are provided for partially utilized services.

Terms and Conditions

1. Operational Modifications & Rights

• Right to Adjust: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. These decisions are primarily made to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Force Majeure & Technical Issues: Should a tour be canceled or modified due to adverse weather, vehicle maintenance, or significant traffic disruptions, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative, subject to availability.

2. Punctuality and No-Show Policy

• Strict Departure: Guests must arrive at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show.”

• Fees & Missed Transfers: We reserve the right to apply a 100% no-show charge. Once the vehicle departs from the pickup location, no alternative transportation will be arranged, and no refunds or reimbursements will be issued for the missed tour.

3. Transport and Seating

• Seating Allocation: For all shared transfers, seating is managed by the driver or tour guide based on daily availability. Specific seat requests are not guaranteed, except in the case of private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: Pickup and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate and are subject to adjustment based on your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Promotions

• Non-Refundable Inclusions: Any portion of a tour package or specific inclusion that is not utilized by the guest is strictly non-refundable.

• Coupon Redemption: Promotional discount codes are valid only when redeemed during the official online booking process at the time of purchase.
