Service Timings:
- Private/Exclusive: Transfers are available starting from 6:00 AM.
- Shared Transfers: Operations begin at 6:00 AM, with subsequent pick-up slots every two hours.
Child Policy:
- Child Rates: Apply to children aged 3 to 10 years.
- Infants: Children under 3 years travel free of charge. On shared transfers, infants are welcome at no cost provided they sit on a parent’s lap and do not occupy a separate seat.

Useful Information

Seating & Scheduling: Seating is allocated by our Tour Manager based on availability. Please note that pick-up and drop-off times are approximate and may fluctuate by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic and your specific location.
Preparation & Attire: * Lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year. During winter (November–March), a sweater or jacket is recommended for cooler evenings.
- We highly suggest using quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat for protection against direct sunlight.
Personal Property: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables (media equipment, wallets, etc.). VooTours and its chauffeurs cannot be held liable for items left in vehicles or at tour sites.
Special Requests:
- Strollers: Due to the executive sedan’s trunk capacity, strollers are only permitted if requested and confirmed during your reservation.
- Private Transport: Exclusive luxury vehicles can be organized for any tour upon request.
Safety & Supervision: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times during any water-based activities.
Cultural & Public Norms:
- Photography: It is strictly prohibited to photograph military installations, government buildings, or UAE residents (especially ladies) without express permission.
- Public Conduct: Smoking in public areas and littering are punishable offenses that may result in fines.
- Religious Holidays: During Islamic occasions and UAE National Holidays, live entertainment and alcohol service will be suspended per local law.
Mandatory Identification: Certain tours require your Original Passport or Emirates ID. VooTours is not responsible for missed services due to a lack of valid identification.
Attendance & No-Shows:
- A 100% “No-Show” charge applies if a guest is not ready at the designated pick-up time.
- If the vehicle departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.
- Partially utilized services are strictly non-refundable.
Contingencies: In the event of delays caused by uncontrollable factors (traffic, mechanical issues, or weather), VooTours will offer alternative options whenever possible.

Agreement

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Tour Brochure, Itinerary, and Terms & Conditions, which constitute a binding contract between you and VooTours LLC.

Terms & Conditions

Operational Amendments: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a service at its sole discretion. These measures are primarily taken to prioritize guest safety or operational efficiency.
Non-Refundable Services: Any inclusions within a tour or transfer package that remain unutilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.
Punctuality & No-Show Policy:
- Timely Arrival: Guests are required to be at the designated pick-up point at the appointed time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status.
- Charges: VooTours reserves the right to apply a 100% No-Show fee in these instances.
- Departure: If the chauffeur departs due to a guest’s late arrival, no alternative transportation or refund will be provided for the missed service.
Service Contingencies: Should a booking be altered or cancelled due to factors beyond our control—such as adverse weather, mechanical issues, or significant traffic delays—VooTours will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.
Seating Policy: For all shared transfers, seating is allocated by the chauffeur or tour manager based on real-time availability. This policy does not apply to Private Lexus Transfers, where the entire vehicle is reserved exclusively for your party.
Timing Accuracy: All pick-up and drop-off timings listed on our platform are approximate. Actual timings will be dynamically adjusted based on your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.
