Know Before You Book

• Logistics: Please provide precise pick-up locations and flight details to ensure a seamless transfer.
• Service Timings: * Private/Exclusive: Service begins daily at 6:00 AM.
  • Shared Transfers: Operations begin at 6:00 AM, with pick-ups scheduled every two hours thereafter.
• Child Policy: * Children aged 3 to 10 years are eligible for child rates.
  • Infants under 3 years travel free of charge, provided they do not occupy a separate seat.

Useful Information

• Seating & Scheduling: Seating is allocated by our Tour Manager based on availability. Please note that pick-up/drop-off times are approximate and may fluctuate by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic and location.
• Attire & Comfort: While lightweight summer clothing is ideal most of the year, we recommend a jacket for winter months. For your protection, always carry high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat.
• Personal Belongings: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables. VooTours, including our drivers and guides, cannot be held liable for items left in vehicles or at sites.
• Accessibility: Strollers are only permitted if requested at the time of booking to ensure vehicle space.
• Activity Supervision: Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult for all water-based activities.
• Holiday Observances: On Islamic occasions and National Holidays, live entertainment and alcohol service will be suspended in accordance with local laws.
• Legal & Etiquette: * Photography: It is strictly prohibited to photograph military/government buildings or local residents (especially women) without permission.
  • Public Conduct: Smoking in public areas and littering are punishable offenses and may result in heavy fines.
• Identification: Certain tours require your Original Passport or Emirates ID. Failure to present these when mandatory will result in the loss of the tour without a refund.
• Attendance & No-Shows: * A 100% No-Show charge applies if a guest is not present at the pick-up time.
  • If the vehicle departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.
• Contingencies: In cases of uncontrollable delays (traffic, mechanical issues, or weather), VooTours will offer alternative arrangements where possible.

Booking Confirmation

By completing your reservation, you agree that the Tour Brochure, Itinerary, and Terms & Conditions form a binding contract between you and VooTours LLC.

Terms & Conditions

• Right to Amend: VooTours reserves the absolute right to modify itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at its sole discretion. Such changes are primarily implemented to ensure the safety or convenience of our guests.
• Unused Services: Any inclusions within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.
• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: * Guests are required to be at the designated pick-up point at the appointed time. Failure to do so will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show.”
  • VooTours reserves the right to apply a 100% No-Show charge in these circumstances.
  • If the vehicle departs due to a guest’s delay, no alternative transportation or refund will be provided for the missed service.
• Service Contingencies: In the event of a cancellation or modification caused by adverse weather, mechanical issues, or significant traffic delays, VooTours will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.
• Seating Policy: For all shared transfers, seating is allocated by the driver or tour guide based on real-time availability. This policy does not apply to private or exclusive transfers.
• Scheduling: All pick-up and drop-off timings listed on our website are approximate. Actual timings will be adjusted based on your specific location and current traffic conditions.
• Promotions: Coupon codes and promotional discounts are valid only when redeemed through our official online booking process.
