Logistics: For an efficient drop-off, please provide comprehensive pick-up locations and flight details during the reservation process.
Service Hours:
- Private/Exclusive: Services are available starting from 6:00 AM.
- Shared Transfers: Pick-ups begin at 6:00 AM and run in two-hour intervals thereafter.
Child Policy:
- Child Rates: Applicable for ages 3 to 10 years.
- Infants: Children under 3 years travel free of charge. On shared transfers, infants are welcome at no cost provided they sit on a parent’s lap and do not occupy a separate seat.

Useful Information

Seating & Scheduling: Seating is allocated by our Tour Manager based on availability. Please note that pick-up/drop-off times are approximate and may vary by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and your specific location.
Preparation & Attire: * Lightweight summer clothing is recommended year-round; however, sweaters or jackets are advisable during winter months (November–March).
- We highly recommend high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and hats for sun protection.
Personal Property: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables (media equipment, wallets, etc.). VooTours, including our drivers and guides, cannot be held liable for items left in vehicles or at tour sites.
Special Requirements:
- Strollers: Due to group seating and luggage space in vans, strollers are not permitted unless explicitly requested and confirmed during the booking process.
- Private Transfers: Exclusive transport can be organized for any tour upon request.
Safety & Supervision: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times during water-based activities.
Cultural Observances: During Islamic occasions and UAE National Holidays, live entertainment and alcohol service will be suspended per local regulations.
Local Laws & Etiquette:
- Photography: It is strictly prohibited to photograph military installations, government buildings, or local residents (especially ladies) without permission.
- Public Conduct: Smoking in public areas and littering are punishable offenses and may result in heavy fines.

Agreement

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Tour Brochure, Itinerary, and Terms & Conditions, which constitute a binding contract between you and VooTours LLC.

Terms & Conditions

Right to Amend: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a service at its sole discretion. Such changes are primarily implemented to prioritize guest safety or operational convenience.
Non-Refundable Services: Any inclusions within a tour or group transfer package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.
Punctuality & No-Show Policy:
- Timely Arrival: Guests and groups are required to be at the designated pick-up point at the appointed time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show”
- Charges: VooTours reserves the right to apply a 100% No-Show charge for these instances.
- Departure: If a guest is not present at the scheduled time and the vehicle departs, no alternative transportation or refund will be provided for the missed service.
Service Contingencies: In the event of a cancellation or modification caused by factors beyond our control—such as adverse weather, mechanical issues, or significant traffic delays—VooTours will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.
Seating Policy: For all shared or group transfers, seating is allocated by the driver or tour guide based on real-time availability. This policy does not apply to private or exclusive van hire where the entire vehicle is reserved for a single party.
