Logistics & Flight Details: For a seamless drop-off, please provide comprehensive pick-up locations and flight information during the booking process.
Service Timings:
- Private/Exclusive Bus: Services are available starting from 6:00 AM.
- Shared Transfers: Operations begin at 6:00 AM, with subsequent pick-up slots every two hours.
Child Policy:
- Child Rates: Apply to children aged 3 to 10 years.
- Infants: Children under 3 years travel free of charge. On shared transfers, infants are welcome at no cost provided they sit on a parent’s lap and do not occupy a separate seat to the exclusion of a fare-paying passenger.

Useful Information

Seating & Scheduling: Seating for all group transfers is allocated by our Tour Manager based on availability. Please note that pick-up/drop-off times are approximate and may fluctuate by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic and your specific location.
Attire & Sun Protection:
- Lightweight summer clothing is recommended for most of the year. During winter (November–March), a sweater or jacket is advisable for cooler mornings.

Right to Amend: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a service at its sole discretion. Such changes are primarily implemented to prioritize guest safety or accommodate operational convenience.
Non-Refundable Services: Any inclusions within a tour or group transfer package that remain unutilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.
Punctuality & No-Show Policy:
- Group Arrival: All passengers are required to be at the designated pick-up point at the appointed time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status.
- Charges: VooTours reserves the right to apply a 100% No-Show charge in these instances.
- Departure: If the group is not present at the scheduled time and the vehicle departs, no alternative transportation or refund will be provided for the missed service.
Service Contingencies: Should a booking be altered or cancelled due to factors beyond our control—such as adverse weather, mechanical issues, or significant traffic delays—VooTours will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.
Seating Policy: For all shared or group transfers, seating is allocated by the driver or tour manager based on real-time availability. This policy does not apply to Private Bus Hire, where the entire vehicle is reserved for your specific group.
