Child Policy: * Child Rates: Apply to children aged 3 to 10 years.
- Infants (Under 3 years): Travel free of charge. On shared transfers, infants are welcome at no cost provided they sit on a parent’s lap and do not occupy a separate seat to the exclusion of fare-paying passengers.

Useful Information

Seating & Scheduling: Seating for all group transfers is allocated by our Tour Manager based on availability. Please note that pick-up and drop-off times are approximate and may fluctuate by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic and your specific location.
Preparation & Attire: * Lightweight summer clothing is recommended for most of the year. During winter (November–March), a sweater or jacket is advisable for cooler mornings.
- We highly suggest using quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat when in direct sunlight.
Personal Property: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables (media equipment, wallets, etc.). VooTours and its drivers cannot be held liable for items left in vehicles or at tour sites.
Special Requests: * Strollers: To ensure clear aisles and safety in our buses, strollers are not permitted unless explicitly requested and confirmed during your reservation.
- Private Transport: Exclusive bus hire can be organized for any tour upon request.
Safety & Supervision: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times during any water-based activities.
Cultural & Public Norms: * Photography: It is strictly prohibited to photograph military installations, government buildings, or UAE residents (especially ladies) without permission.
- Public Conduct: Smoking in public areas and littering are punishable offenses that may result in fines.
- Dry Days: During Islamic occasions and UAE National Holidays, live entertainment and alcohol service will be suspended per local law.
Mandatory Identification: Certain tours require your Original Passport or Emirates ID. VooTours is not responsible for missed services due to a lack of valid identification.
Attendance & No-Shows: * A 100% “No-Show” charge applies if a group is not ready at the designated pick-up time.

Operational Rights: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, modify routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a service at its sole discretion. These changes are primarily implemented to prioritize passenger safety or accommodate operational requirements.
Non-Refundable Services: Any inclusions within a tour or group transfer package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.
Punctuality & No-Show Policy:
- Arrival: All group members must be at the designated pick-up point at the appointed time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status.
- Charges: VooTours reserves the right to apply a 100% No-Show fee in these instances.
- Departure: If the group is not present at the scheduled time and the vehicle departs to maintain its itinerary, no alternative transportation or refund will be provided.
Service Contingencies: Should a booking be altered or cancelled due to factors beyond our control—such as adverse weather, mechanical issues, or significant traffic delays—VooTours will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.
Seating Policy: For all shared or group transfers, seating is allocated by the driver or tour manager based on real-time availability. This policy does not apply to Private Bus Hire, where the entire vehicle is reserved for your specific group.
