• Unused Services: Any inclusions within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.

• No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive at the designated pickup point by the scheduled time will be classified as a “No-Show.” In such cases, VooTours reserves the right to charge 100% of the booking fee, and no reimbursement or alternative transport will be provided.

• Late Arrival & Vehicle Departure: If a guest is not present at the time of departure, our vehicle will proceed to the next location to avoid delaying other participants. We will not arrange alternative transfers or provide refunds for missed tours due to guest lateness.

• Service Interruptions: Should a tour be altered or canceled due to Force Majeure (e.g., severe weather, unexpected traffic congestion, or mechanical issues), VooTours will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.

• Seating Policy: For all shared tours, seating is allocated by the driver or tour guide based on availability. Specific seat requests are not guaranteed unless a Private Transfer has been booked.

Yes! We provide a high-quality buffet lunch at the iconic Sandy Beach Hotel (or a similar premium resort). You’ll have the chance to dine while overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean.

Can I swim during the tour?

Absolutely. During our midday break at the beach resort, you are welcome to take a refreshing swim in the ocean or the pool. Please remember to bring your own swimwear and a towel.

 How long does the tour last and where does it start?

 The tour is a full-day adventure lasting approximately 9 hours. We begin pickups from hotels and malls across Abu Dhabi city at 8:30 AM, and you can expect to be back by early evening.

What is the “Friday Market” and can we actually shop there?

The Masafi Friday Market is a traditional open-air market famous for its authentic Arabian rugs, hand-thrown pottery, fresh local fruits, and antiques. We stop here specifically to allow you time to browse and shop for unique souvenirs.

What is the minimum number of people required for the tour?

To provide the best experience, this tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to operate. If you are a solo traveler or a couple, please contact us—we can usually pair you with an existing group.

Are there any age restrictions for children?

This tour is family-friendly! Infants under 3 years old join for free. Children aged 3–11 have a discounted rate of AED 473, while those 12 and above are charged the adult rate of AED 578.

What should I wear and bring with me?

We recommend comfortable walking shoes and modest clothing for visiting the mosque. Since we travel through mountains and the coast, a light jacket is useful in winter. Don’t forget sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and your camera!

What is the cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that “No-Shows” (guests not present at the pickup location at the advised time) will be charged 100% of the tour cost.
