Service Hours: * Private/Exclusive: Services are available starting from 6:00 AM.
- Shared Transfers: Pick-ups begin at 6:00 AM, with subsequent slots every two hours.
Child Policy: * Children (3–10 years): Standard child rates apply.
- Infants (Under 3 years): Travel free of charge. On shared transfers, infants must be seated on a parent’s lap and may not occupy a separate seat to the exclusion of a fare-paying passenger.

Useful Information

Seating & Scheduling: Seating is allocated by our Tour Manager based on availability. Please note that pick-up and drop-off times are approximate and may fluctuate by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic and your specific location.
Attire & Sun Protection: * Lightweight summer clothing is recommended for most of the year. During winter (November–March), a sweater or jacket is advisable.
- We highly suggest using quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and hats for protection against direct sunlight.
Personal Property: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables (media equipment, wallets, etc.). VooTours and its staff cannot be held liable for items left in vehicles or at tour sites.
Special Requests: * Strollers: To maintain aisle safety in high-capacity vans, strollers are not permitted unless requested and confirmed during your reservation.
- Private Transport: Exclusive vehicles can be organized for any tour upon request.
Local Laws & Etiquette: * Photography: It is strictly prohibited to photograph military installations, government buildings, or UAE residents (especially ladies) without permission.
- Public Conduct: Smoking in public areas and littering are punishable offenses that may result in fines.
- Holidays: During Islamic occasions and UAE National Holidays, live entertainment and alcohol service will be suspended per local law.
Mandatory Identification: Certain tours require your Original Passport or Emirates ID. VooTours is not responsible for missed services due to a lack of valid identification.

Terms & Conditions

Right to Amend: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a service at its sole discretion. These changes are primarily implemented to prioritize guest safety or operational convenience.
Non-Refundable Services: Any inclusions within a tour or group transfer package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.
Punctuality & No-Show Policy:
- Timely Arrival: All guests are required to be at the designated pick-up point at the appointed time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” classification.
- Charges: VooTours reserves the right to apply a 100% No-Show charge in these circumstances.
- Departure: If a guest is not present at the scheduled time and the vehicle departs, no alternative transportation or refund will be provided for the missed service.
Service Contingencies: Should a booking be altered or cancelled due to factors beyond our control—such as adverse weather, mechanical issues, or significant traffic delays—VooTours will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.
Seating Policy: For all shared or group transfers, seating is allocated by the driver or tour manager based on real-time availability. This policy does not apply to private or exclusive van hire where the entire vehicle is reserved for a single party.
