• Abu Dhabi Transfers: Pick-up and drop-off services are provided exclusively from hotels within Abu Dhabi. We kindly ask that you wait in your hotel lobby at the designated time.

• Health Advisory: This experience is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with chronic back or neck pain.

• Ramadan & Dry Days: Per government guidelines, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages are not available during Ramadan or on “Dry Days.” For specific inquiries, contact us at info@vootours.com.

Terms & Conditions

• Right to Amend: We reserve the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, modify routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. Such changes are primarily made to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Unused Services: Any inclusions within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status, incurring a 100% cancellation fee. In such cases, no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be arranged.

• Departure Protocol: To maintain the schedule for all participants, our vehicles will depart at the appointed time. If a guest is not present at the time of departure, VooTours will not arrange for an alternative transfer, and no refund will be provided for the missed tour.

• Operational Contingencies: Should a tour booking be altered or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical issues, or heavy traffic, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative service, subject to availability.

• Seating Assignments: For all shared transfers, seating is allocated by our drivers or tour guides based on current availability. Specific seating is only guaranteed for guests who have booked a private transfer.

• Estimated Timings: Pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate and will be adjusted based on your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Promotional Codes: Coupon and discount codes are valid only when redeemed during the initial online booking process and cannot be applied retroactively to existing reservations.

• Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for partially utilized services or missed components of a tour.

• Private Services: Personalized private transportation can be arranged for any tour upon request.

• Personal Property: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables (cameras, wallets, electronics). VooTours and our staff are not liable for any items left in vehicles or at the circuit.

• Stroller Policy: Strollers are not permitted in vehicles unless pre-arranged. Please notify us at the time of reservation.

• Child Supervision: For any water-related activities included in tour packages, children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in the water at all times.

• Cultural Conduct: Photography of UAE residents (especially women), military sites, and government buildings is strictly prohibited. Smoking in public is restricted, and littering is a legal offense that may result in fines.

• Identity Requirements: Some tours require an original Passport or Emirates ID. Please review your “Important Notes” carefully, as we cannot be held responsible if you miss a tour due to missing ID.

• No-Show & Departure: If a guest is not on time and the vehicle departs the pickup location, no refund or alternative transfer will be provided. We reserve the right to charge 100% no-show fees.

• Uncontrollable Delays: While we strive for punctuality, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, vehicle breakdowns, or weather. In the event of cancellation, we will provide alternative options where possible.

What exactly will I see on the Yas Marina Circuit Venue Tour?

 This is a comprehensive “all-access” tour. You will visit the air-conditioned pit garages, the state-of-the-art 500-seat Media Center, the Paddock area, and the high-stakes Race Control room. You will also get to take a luxury vehicle ride around the actual F1 track.

Will I be driving a race car during this tour?

No, this is a guided venue tour designed to show you the infrastructure and “behind-the-scenes” operations of the circuit. You will be a passenger in a luxury air-conditioned vehicle as you are driven around the track.

How long does the entire experience take?

 The tour itself lasts approximately 2 hours. However, including hotel pick-up and drop-off within Abu Dhabi, the total duration is roughly 4 hours.

Where and when will I be picked up?

We provide complimentary pick-up from any hotel or mall within Abu Dhabi. For morning tours, pick-up is usually around 9:00 AM, and for afternoon tours, it is around 1:00 PM. Your exact time will be confirmed after booking.

Are there specific days when the tour operates?

Yes, the tour operates from Tuesday through Saturday. There are two sessions daily: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Please note that during Ramadan, only the morning session is available.

Is the tour suitable for children and infants?

Absolutely! This is a family-friendly tour suitable for all ages. Children aged 3–11 have a special rate, and infants under 3 years old can join for free.

What should I wear for the tour?

We recommend casual, comfortable clothing. While the tour is conducted in an air-conditioned vehicle, there are stops where you will walk to view facilities, so comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended.

Can I take photos during the tour?

 Yes, photography is encouraged! You will have many opportunities to take photos of the track, the garages, and the podium area. It is a dream experience for Instagrammers and F1 enthusiasts.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

VooTours offers a stress-free cancellation policy. You can cancel up to 48 hours (2 days) in advance to receive a full refund.
