Accuracy of Information: Please provide precise pick-up locations and flight details at the time of booking to ensure a punctual and efficient transfer.
Private/Exclusive Transfers: Scheduled pick-ups are available starting from 6:00 AM.
Shared Transfers: Operations begin at 6:00 AM, with subsequent pick-ups scheduled every two hours.
Child Policy:
- Child Rates: Apply to children aged 3 to 10 years.
- Infants: Children under 3 years travel free of charge. On shared transfers, infants are welcome at no cost provided they do not occupy a separate seat (must sit on a parent’s lap).

Useful Information

Seating & Logistics: Seating is allocated by our Tour Manager based on availability. Please note that pick-up/drop-off times are approximate and may fluctuate by 30–60 minutes due to traffic or your specific location.
Attire & Weather: Lightweight summer clothing is ideal for most of the year. During winter months (November–March), we recommend carrying a sweater or light jacket.
Personal Care: For your comfort in the UAE sun, we highly suggest wearing high-quality sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen.
Safety & Responsibility:
- Valuables: Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. VooTours, including our drivers and guides, cannot be held liable for items left in vehicles or at tour sites.
- Strollers: To ensure vehicle space, strollers are not permitted unless requested during the booking process.
- Water Activities: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be supervised by an adult at all times during water-based activities.
Holiday Observances: On Islamic occasions and UAE National Holidays, live entertainment and alcohol service will be suspended in accordance with local regulations.
Legal & Etiquette:
- Photography: It is strictly prohibited to photograph military/government buildings or local residents (especially women) without express permission.
- Public Conduct: Smoking in public areas and littering are punishable offenses and may result in heavy fines.
Identification: Certain tours require your Original Passport or Emirates ID. VooTours is not responsible for missed tours due to a lack of valid identification.
Attendance & Cancellations:
- No-Shows: A 100% charge applies if a guest is not present at the pick-up time. If the vehicle departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.
- Partial Usage: No refunds are issued for partly utilized services.
Contingencies: In the event of delays caused by uncontrollable factors (traffic, weather, or mechanical issues), VooTours will offer alternative arrangements whenever possible.

Agreement

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Tour Brochure, Itinerary, and Terms & Conditions, which constitute a binding contract between you and VooTours LLC.

Terms & Conditions

Right to Amend: VooTours reserves the absolute right to modify itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a service at its sole discretion. Such changes are primarily implemented to ensure the safety or convenience of our guests.
Unused Services: Any inclusions within a tour or transfer package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.
Punctuality & No-Show Policy: * Guests are required to be at the designated pick-up point at the appointed time. Failure to do so will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show.”
- VooTours reserves the right to apply a 100% No-Show charge in these circumstances.
- If a guest is not present at the scheduled time and the vehicle departs, no alternative transportation or refund will be provided for the missed service.
Service Contingencies: In the event of a cancellation or modification caused by factors beyond our control—such as adverse weather, mechanical issues, or significant traffic delays—VooTours will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.
Seating Policy: For all shared transfers, seating is allocated by the driver or tour guide based on real-time availability. This policy does not apply to private or exclusive transfers.
Scheduling: All pick-up and drop-off timings listed on our website are approximate. Actual timings will be adjusted dynamically based on your specific location and current traffic conditions.
