• Tour Modifications: VooTours reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any tour or itinerary if deemed necessary for guest safety, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Unused Services: Any unused inclusions or portions of the tour package are non-refundable.

• No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive on time at the designated pick-up location will be considered a no-show. In such cases, no refund or alternative transfer will be provided.

• Weather & Operational Changes: In the event of adverse weather, traffic delays, or vehicle issues, VooTours will make every effort to arrange a suitable alternative of similar value, subject to availability.

• Seating Arrangements: Seating is allocated based on availability and determined by the driver or tour guide, except for private transfers.

• Pick-up & Drop-off Timing: The timings mentioned on the website are approximate and may vary depending on traffic and the guest’s location.

• Coupon Usage: Promotional or discount codes can only be applied during the online booking process.

• No-Show Charges: A 100% no-show charge applies if a guest is not present at the confirmed pick-up time.

• Missed Tours: If a guest misses the pick-up and the vehicle has departed, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.

• Booking Confirmation: You’ll receive confirmation immediately after completing your reservation.

• Minimum Requirement: A minimum of 2 guests is required to operate this tour. If you’re booking for fewer than 2 guests, please contact us before making your reservation.

• Pick-up & Drop-off: Available only from hotels within Abu Dhabi. Kindly be ready in your hotel lobby at the scheduled time.

• Health Advisory: This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with back problems.

• Ramadan & Dry Days Notice: During the Holy Month of Ramadan and government-declared dry days, live entertainment and alcohol will not be available in accordance with UAE regulations.

• Seating & Transfers: Seating for all transfers is subject to availability and will be assigned by the tour manager.

• Pickup & Drop-off: Timings may vary slightly depending on traffic, location, and tour schedule (up to 30–60 minutes).

• Attraction Access: Some inclusions or attractions may be closed on weekends or public holidays as per government regulations. VooTours is not responsible for such closures.

• Weather & Clothing: Light summer clothing is suitable most of the year, while sweaters or jackets may be needed during winter. Sunglasses, sunscreen, and hats are recommended when outdoors.

• Private Transport: Can be arranged upon request for all tours.

• Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own valuables (e.g., cameras, wallets, or electronics). Our staff is not liable for lost items.

• Child & Stroller Policy: Strollers are not permitted in vehicles without prior notice. Children aged 3–12 must be accompanied by an adult during any water-based activities.

• Cultural Sensitivity: Photography of residents (especially women), military areas, and government buildings is strictly prohibited. Littering and smoking in public spaces are punishable by law.

• Identification: Some tours require guests to carry their original passport or Emirates ID. Please review the important notes before booking.

• Timeliness: A 100% no-show fee applies if guests are not present at pickup time. Missed tours or partially used services are non-refundable.

• Delays or Cancellations: In rare cases of traffic delays, vehicle issues, or weather disruptions, VooTours will provide alternative options when possible.
