• Instant Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email immediately upon completing your booking.

• Minimum Participant Requirement: This experience requires at least 2 guests to proceed. If you are a solo traveler, please contact us to verify availability before finalizing your booking.

• Pick-up Location: Transportation services are exclusively provided for hotels in Abu Dhabi. Guests are kindly requested to wait in their respective hotel lobbies.

• Health & Safety: This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with chronic back pain or spinal issues.

• Ramadan & Dry Days: In accordance with UAE law, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages are not available during the Holy Month of Ramadan or on designated “Dry Days.” For specific dates, please contact us at info@vootours.com.

Terms & Conditions

• Right to Amend: We reserve the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, modify routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. Such changes are primarily implemented to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Unused Inclusions: No refunds will be provided for any part of a tour package or specific inclusion that is not utilized by the guest.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status, incurring a 100% cancellation charge. In these instances, no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be arranged.

• Departure Protocol: To maintain the schedule for all participants, our vehicles will depart at the appointed time. If a guest misses the vehicle, VooTours is not responsible for arranging secondary transfers or providing a refund.

• Operational Contingencies: If a tour is altered or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical failure, or heavy traffic, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative service, subject to availability.

• Seating Assignments: For all shared transfers, seating is allocated by our drivers or tour guides based on availability. Specific seating is only guaranteed for guests who have booked a private transfer.

• Estimated Timings: Pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate and will be adjusted based on your hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Promotional Codes: Coupon and discount codes are valid only when redeemed during the initial online booking process and cannot be applied retroactively.

• Seating & Logistics: Seating for all transfers is assigned by our tour manager based on availability.

• Flexible Timing: Pick-up and drop-off schedules may be adjusted due to traffic, your location, or tour logistics. Please allow for a 30 to 60-minute buffer from the times listed on the website.

• Government Closures: Some inclusions may be closed on weekends or specific dates due to government mandates; VooTours is not responsible for these unavoidable changes.

• Recommended Attire: Lightweight summer clothes are ideal most of the year, but we recommend a jacket or sweater during the winter. Always bring high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat for sun protection.

• Private Transfers: Personal transportation can be arranged for any of our tours upon request for an additional fee.

• Valuables: Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings (cameras, wallets, electronics). VooTours and our staff are not liable for items left in vehicles or at attraction sites.

• Stroller Policy: Strollers are not permitted in vehicles unless pre-arranged. Please notify us during your reservation if you plan to bring one.

• Child Safety: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times during any water-based activities.

• Cultural Etiquette: Photographing UAE residents (especially women), military sites, and government buildings is strictly prohibited. Littering and smoking in public areas are legal offenses and carry heavy fines.

• Mandatory ID: Some tours require an original Passport or Emirates ID. Please check the “Important Notes” section carefully, as we cannot be held responsible if you are denied entry due to missing identification.

• Punctuality & No-Shows: Vehicles will depart at the scheduled time. If you are not present, it will be marked as a 100% no-show, and no refund or alternative transfer will be provided.

• Uncontrollable Delays: In the event of delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues, we will strive to provide an alternative solution. No refunds are provided for partially used services.

What makes Xline Dubai Marina special?

It is the world’s longest urban zipline! Unlike traditional ziplines, you fly “Superman-style” (belly down) for a full kilometer, reaching speeds of up to 80km/h while soaring 170 meters above the Marina.

Can I fly with a friend?

Yes! Xline features two parallel cables, which means you can choose the “Tandem” option to launch at the same time and share the experience side-by-side with a friend or family member.

Are there age and physical requirements?

Flyers must be between 12 and 65 years old, at least 130cm tall, and weigh between 50kg and 100kg. Participants are weighed on-site to ensure safety protocols are met.

What should I wear for the jump?

You should wear modest, comfortable athletic clothing and sturdy, lace-up sneakers. Skirts, dresses, and loose footwear like flip-flops or sandals are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

Do I need to bring my own camera?

While you can’t hold a phone or camera during the flight, you don’t need to! Your ticket includes high-definition photos and a video of your jump, recorded from a camera mounted to your helmet.

Where is the meeting point?

The check-in booth is located at Dubai Marina Mall, Level P. Look for the XLine signs. We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before your scheduled slot to complete registration.

Can I participate if I am under 18?

Yes, provided you meet the height and weight requirements. However, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in person to sign the waiver.

What happens to my bags while I fly?

Xline provides small lockers at the booth where you can store personal belongings like your phone, wallet, or small bags during the experience.

Can I fly if I have a medical condition?

For your safety, you cannot fly if you are pregnant or have existing heart, neck, or back injuries. You must be in good medical health and not under the influence of any substances that impair judgment.
