• Instant Confirmation: You will receive your booking confirmation immediately upon completing your reservation.

• Minimum Guest Policy: This experience requires a minimum of 2 participants to operate. If you are a solo traveler, please contact us prior to booking to check for available group slots.

• Pick-up Logistics: Complimentary transfers are exclusive to hotels within Abu Dhabi. We kindly ask that you wait in your hotel lobby at the designated time.

• Health & Safety: For safety reasons, this tour is not recommended for pregnant women or guests suffering from back or spinal conditions.

• Seasonal Restrictions: During the Holy Month of Ramadan and on designated “Dry Days,” live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be available per UAE government regulations. For specific dates, please contact us at info@vootours.com.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Operational Rights: VooTours reserves the absolute right to modify itineraries, adjust routes, update pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. These changes are primarily made to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Unused Services: Any inclusions or activities within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must be at the designated pick-up point at the scheduled time. Any guest who fails to arrive on time will be classified as a “No-Show.” In such cases, a 100% cancellation fee applies, and no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be provided.

• Departure Protocol: If a guest is not present at the time of departure and the vehicle leaves the pick-up location, VooTours will not arrange alternative transfers. No refunds will be issued for tours missed due to late arrivals.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: If a tour is altered or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical issues, or traffic conditions, we will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of a similar nature, subject to availability.

• Seating Allocation: For all shared transfers, seating is determined by the driver or tour guide based on availability. Specific seat requests are only guaranteed for Private Transfers.

• Estimated Timings: All pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. Actual timings will be adjusted based on your hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Promotional Codes: Coupon and discount codes are only valid when redeemed through the official online booking process at the time of reservation.

• Contractual Agreement: By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all tour documentation, including the itinerary and these Terms & Conditions, which form the basis of your contract with VooTours.

Is there a specific dress code for Wild Wadi?

Yes. For safety and hygiene, appropriate synthetic swimwear (nylon, polyester, or spandex) is mandatory. Cotton t-shirts, street clothes, and underwear are strictly prohibited on the slides. Burkinis are permitted and are available for purchase at the park’s retail shops.

Can I bring my own food and drinks into the park?

To ensure health and safety standards, outside food and beverages are not allowed inside Wild Wadi. However, you are permitted to bring one 1-liter bottle of water per person. There are multiple restaurants inside serving burgers, pizza, shawarmas, and healthy snacks.

Is the park suitable for non-swimmers?

Absolutely! Many attractions, like the Juha’s Journey (lazy river) and Juha’s Dhow and Lagoon, are designed for all comfort levels. Complimentary life jackets are available for both children and adults to ensure everyone feels safe in the water.

How does the “Wristband” payment system work?

 Upon entry, you can load credit onto your magnetic waterproof wristband. This allows you to pay for food, drinks, and lockers without carrying cash or a wallet. Any unused balance can be refunded to you at the exit at the end of the day.

Are there height restrictions for the rides?

Yes. Safety is the priority, so access to most major slides (like Jumeirah Sceirah and Tantrum Alley) requires a minimum height of 1.1 meters. There are plenty of dedicated zones and smaller slides for children under this height.

Can I use my Go-Pro camera on the slides?

You may use a Go-Pro on most rides except the Jumeirah Sceirah. However, the camera must be securely attached to a chest or head strap. Handheld cameras or selfie sticks are not permitted on any rides.

Are lockers and towels available for rent?

Yes, Wild Wadi provides separate male and female changing rooms with various locker sizes available for a small fee. You can also rent fresh towels if you do not wish to bring your own.

What happens if a ride is closed for maintenance?

Wild Wadi occasionally performs essential maintenance on rides to ensure guest safety. While we strive to keep you updated, management reserves the right to close attractions without prior notice. Tickets are non-refundable in these instances.

Is the water temperature controlled?

Yes! One of the best things about Wild Wadi is its state-of-the-art temperature control. The water is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer, making it a perfect destination no matter when you visit.

  • Pick-up and drop-off times are approximate and may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic conditions or your specific location.

  • VooTours is not responsible for the closure of specific attractions on weekends or holidays due to government mandates.

• Personal Preparation:

  • Attire: Lightweight summer clothing is ideal for most of the year, but we suggest a sweater or jacket for winter months.

  • Sun Protection: We highly recommend wearing high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat when outdoors.

  • Identification: Some tours require an original Passport or Emirates ID. Please check the “Important Notes” section of your tour; we cannot be held responsible if entry is denied due to missing ID.

• Safety & Conduct:

  • Personal Items: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables. VooTours and its staff are not liable for items lost in vehicles or at tour sites.

  • Child Safety: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be closely supervised by an adult during all water-based activities.

  • Strollers: Strollers are only permitted if requested at the time of booking to ensure vehicle space.

  • Local Laws: Smoking in public areas and littering are punishable offenses. Photography of UAE residents (especially ladies), military sites, or government buildings is strictly prohibited.

• Policies & Cancellations:

  • No-Show Policy: A 100% fee applies if you are not ready at the scheduled pick-up time. If the vehicle departs, no alternative transport or refund will be provided.

  • Refunds: No refunds are issued for partially used services.

  • Delays: While we are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues, we will strive to provide alternative solutions whenever possible.
