1. Operational Modifications & Cancellations

• Right to Adjust: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. These changes are primarily made to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Force Majeure & Technical Issues: If a tour is canceled or altered due to severe weather, vehicle complications, or traffic disruptions, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative, subject to availability.

2. Punctuality and No-Show Policy

• Strict Departure Times: Guests must be present at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show.”

• Fees and Missed Transfers: We reserve the right to apply a 100% no-show charge. Once the vehicle departs from the pickup location, no alternative transportation will be arranged, and no refunds or reimbursements will be issued for the missed tour.

• Seating Allocation: For all shared tours, seating is managed by the driver or tour guide based on availability. Specific seat requests are not guaranteed, except in the case of private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: Pickup and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. Actual timings will be adjusted based on your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Promotions

• Unused Services: Any inclusion or activity within a tour package that is not utilized by the guest is strictly non-refundable.
