• Essential Items: For tours involving water activities, please remember to bring a swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen.

• Minimum Participant Requirement: This experience requires at least 2 guests to proceed. Solo travelers should contact us to verify availability before finalizing their booking.

• Abu Dhabi Hotel Transfers: Pick-up and drop-off services are exclusively provided for hotels within Abu Dhabi. We kindly ask guests to wait in their hotel lobby at the scheduled time.

• Health Considerations: This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with chronic back pain or spinal issues.

• Ramadan & Dry Days: In compliance with UAE government regulations, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be available during Ramadan or on designated “Dry Days.” For specific dates, please email us at info@vootours.com.

Terms & Conditions

• Right to Amend: We reserve the absolute right to modify itineraries, adjust pricing, change routes, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. Such changes are primarily implemented to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Unused Services: Any portion of a tour package or specific inclusion that is not utilized by the guest is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or cash.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status, incurring a 100% cancellation fee. In these instances, no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be arranged.

• Departure Protocol: To maintain the schedule for all participants, our vehicles will depart at the appointed time. If a guest is not present at the time of departure, VooTours is not responsible for arranging secondary transfers, and no refund will be issued for the missed tour.

• Operational Contingencies: Should a tour be altered or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical issues, or heavy traffic, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative service, subject to availability.

• Seating Assignments: For all shared transfers, seating is allocated by our drivers or tour guides based on current availability. Specific seating is only guaranteed for guests who have booked a private transfer.

• Estimated Timings: Pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. These schedules will be adjusted according to your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Promotional Codes: Coupon and discount codes are valid only when redeemed during the initial online booking process and cannot be applied retroactively to existing reservations.

• Transportation & Timing: Seats are allocated by our tour manager based on availability. Pick-up and drop-off times are approximate and may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic conditions or your specific location.

• Government Regulations: Certain attractions or inclusions may be closed on weekends or public holidays as per government mandates. VooTours is not responsible for these external operational changes.

• Dress Code: While lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, we recommend a sweater or jacket for the winter months. Always wear high-quality sunglasses and a hat when in direct sunlight.

• Private Transport: Personalized private vehicles can be arranged for any tour upon request for an additional fee.

• Personal Responsibility: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables (wallets, cameras, electronics). VooTours and our staff are not liable for any items lost or left in our vehicles or at tour sites.

• Stroller Policy: Strollers are not allowed inside tour vehicles unless requested in advance. Please inform us at the time of booking.

• Child Supervision: For any water-based activities, children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in the water at all times.

• Cultural Etiquette: Photography of UAE residents (particularly women), military installations, and government buildings is strictly prohibited. Smoking in public is restricted, and littering is a legal offense that may result in fines.

• Identification Requirements: Certain tours require an original Passport or Emirates ID. Please check the “Important Information” section of your booking carefully; we are not responsible if entry is denied due to missing ID.

• No-Show & Departure: To ensure a smooth schedule for all guests, our vehicles depart promptly. If you miss your pick-up, it will be treated as a 100% No-Show, and no refund or alternative transfer will be provided.

• Unforeseen Delays: While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. In the event of a cancellation, we will offer alternative options where possible. No refunds are issued for partially utilized services.

Is Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi an indoor or outdoor park?

It is a fully indoor, climate-controlled theme park. This makes it a perfect year-round destination, as you can enjoy all the rides and attractions in a comfortable temperature, regardless of the weather outside.

What are the six themed lands I can explore?

The park is divided into six immersive zones: Warner Bros. Plaza, Bedrock, Dynamite Gulch, Cartoon Junction, Gotham City, and Metropolis. Each land features unique rides and characters specific to that world.

Which characters can I meet at the park?

You can meet legendary icons including Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, The Joker, Bugs Bunny, Scooby-Doo, Tom and Jerry, and The Flintstones. Character appearances happen throughout the day across the different lands.

How many rides are available inside the park?

There are 29 state-of-the-art rides and interactive attractions. These range from high-intensity rollercoasters for thrill-seekers to gentle, whimsical rides designed specifically for younger children.

How does the Multi-Park ticket work?

 If you purchase a 2, 3, or 4-park ticket, you gain access to other top Yas Island attractions like Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, or SeaWorld. You have 6 days from the date of your first park visit to use the remaining entries.

Is the park suitable for toddlers and small children?

Yes! Cartoon Junction and Bedrock are specifically designed with younger guests in mind, featuring many rides and play areas that have lower height requirements.

 Can I bring my own food and drinks into the park?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park. However, there are numerous themed cafes and restaurants, such as the Gotham City’s Finest or Bronto Burgers, offering a wide variety of dining options.

What is the best way to get to Warner Bros. World™?

The park is located on Yas Island and is easily accessible by car or taxi. If you are staying at a hotel in Abu Dhabi or on Yas Island, you can often take advantage of the free Yas Express shuttle bus.

Are there lockers and strollers available for rent?

Yes, lockers are available for storing personal items, and strollers can be rented near the park entrance at Warner Bros. Plaza to make your visit more convenient.
