• Pick-up Logistics: Transfers are provided exclusively from Abu Dhabi hotels. Guests are requested to wait in the main hotel lobby.

1. Itinerary and Pricing Adjustments

• Company Discretion: Vootours reserves the right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at its sole discretion. These changes are typically made to ensure the safety or convenience of our guests.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: If a tour is cancelled or altered due to force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, vehicle breakdown, or traffic conditions), we will make every effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Punctuality: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. If a guest is not present at the scheduled time, the vehicle will depart.

• No-Show Charges: Failure to arrive on time will be classified as a “No-Show,” resulting in a 100% cancellation fee.

• Refunds: No reimbursements, alternative transfers, or refunds will be provided for missed tours or for any unused inclusions within a tour package.

3. Logistics and Seating

• Seating Allocation: For all shared tours, seating is managed by the driver or tour guide based on availability. Specific seating requests are not guaranteed except in the case of Private Transfers.

• Timings: Pickup and drop-off times listed on our website are estimates only. Actual timings may vary based on your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.

4. Booking and Redemption

• Promotions: Coupon codes and promotional offers are only valid when applied during the online booking process.

• Contractual Agreement: By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined in the tour brochure, itinerary, and price grid.

• Punctuality: We enforce a 100% no-show charge if a guest is not ready at the scheduled time. No refunds or alternative transfers will be provided for missed departures.

• Clothing: Comfortable clothing is advised. We recommend closed shoes and trousers for those participating in quad biking.

• Weather Prep: While summer wear is standard, please bring jackets or sweaters for tours between October and March.

• Sun Protection: We highly recommend using high-quality sunscreen, sunglasses, and hats.

Safety & Regulations

• Personal Belongings: You are responsible for your own valuables (cameras, wallets, etc.). The company and our staff are not liable for any lost or stolen items.

• Strollers: For vehicle safety, strollers are not allowed unless requested and approved during the reservation process.

• Child Supervision: Children aged 3–12 must be accompanied by an adult for all water-based activities.

• Identification: Always carry your Original Passport or Emirates ID. Failure to present ID for tours where it is mandatory may result in a missed tour without a refund.

Cultural Etiquette & Local Laws

• Photography: Photography of military sites, government buildings, and UAE residents (particularly ladies) is strictly prohibited.

• Public Conduct: Smoking in public areas and littering are punishable offenses that may result in fines.

Service Terms

• External Factors: We are not responsible for the closure of specific inclusions due to government norms or weekends.

How long do I actually get to ride the Quad Bike?

You will enjoy a full 60 minutes (1 hour) of guided quad biking across the undulating dunes of the Al Khatim Desert.

Is this tour suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Before the ride starts, our expert Safari Marshal provides a comprehensive safety briefing and instructions on how to operate the rugged four-wheeled bikes. You will ride in a guided convoy to ensure a safe and fun experience.

What should I wear for the Quad Bike tour?

For your safety and comfort, trousers and closed shoes are mandatory. We also recommend high-SPF sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. If traveling between October and March, bring a sweater for the cooler desert morning.

Are there any age or physical restrictions?

This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or guests with heart or back conditions. While the adult price applies to those 12 and over, the Safari Marshal has the final discretion on whether a participant meets the suitable age and height requirements to operate the bike safely.

Do I need to sign any legal documents?

Yes. All participants are required to sign a disclaimer/waiver form before starting the quad bike session. Please note that there is no insurance coverage for quad bike usage.

What is included in the tour price?

The price (830 AED for adults) includes round-trip transfers in a 4×4 Land Cruiser, a dune bashing session, 1 hour of quad biking, safety gear (helmet/goggles), sandboarding, and refreshments (water/soda).

Can I bring my young children on this tour?

Children under 4 are not recommended for this adventure. Please note that child seats are not provided in the Land Cruisers, so younger children must sit on a parent’s lap.

Where will I be picked up from?

We offer seamless door-to-door pickup and drop-off from any hotel or major mall within Abu Dhabi city. The Land Cruisers operate on a sharing basis, accommodating up to 6 guests.

What happens if I miss my pickup time?

We enforce a strict 100% no-show policy. If you are not ready at the designated pickup time and location, no refund or alternative transfer will be provided.

Do I need to carry my ID?

Yes. An original Passport or Emirates ID is required for all guests participating in the tour.
