1. Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?

2. Is this tour suitable for all ages?

• Yes, in general, this tour is appropriate for all ages.
• However, for safety reasons, we do not allow infants on board.

3. What about children on the tour? Is there a child rate?

• Children are more than welcome aboard!
• Reduced-price tickets are available for children below 12 years old and weighing more than 15 kg.

4. What will we see on the cruise? Is it narrated?

• The sightseeing tours we offer are narrated by our experienced and highly qualified captains.
• You will cruise along the Arabian Gulf and admire the incredible scenery that UAE has to offer.
• You will stop in front of the major attractions for perfect photo opportunities.
• The crew will also answer any questions you might have along the way.

5. What type of boats do you have?

• Our Ribcraft rigid inflatable boats are designed in the UK and manufactured in the UAE at exceptional standards to exact specifications.

6. Are the boats covered?

• We focus on delivering the best sightseeing opportunities; hence our boats are open to give you a perfect view.

7. Where are you located?

• Our boats are located in Emirates Palace Marina and Yas Marina.
• Emirates Palace Marina Location: Emirates Palace Marina, Gate 3 Entrance, Dock C.
• Yas Bay Waterfront: Pier 71, to the side of Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island.

8. Is parking available nearby?

• Yes, you are welcome to use the free parking at Emirates Palace Marina and Yas Bay Waterfront.
• Parking is subject to availability.

9. Will I recognize your boats?

• Definitely! All our yellow boats are clearly branded with our bright logo.
• Furthermore, our team members will be wearing yellow uniforms to help you identify us even more easily.

10. Do you accommodate guests in wheelchairs?

Our staff and crew can definitely assist should you have guests in wheelchairs.

11. Are pregnant women allowed onboard?

For safety measures, we do not allow women, at any term of their pregnancy on board as the sea condition is unpredictable.

12. Are life jackets available onboard?

For safety reasons, every passenger will be provided a life vest and will be briefed on safety precautions by the captain prior to boarding.

13. Can we disembark or swim during stops?

The stops are for live commentary and photo opportunities only. – All passengers are required to remain on the boat for the entire duration of the tour.

14. Do you offer refreshments/food onboard?

We provide bottled mineral water on board.

15. Can I take pictures? 

Of course! Photography is encouraged. – As a matter of fact, we know vacation photos are so important that is why the boat will stop in front of the greatest attractions to provide a perfect photo opportunity.

16. Is the tour suitable for those prone to seasickness?

Being in the open ocean, sea sickness can be an issue for a small number of people. – Our staff can suggest a number of things to further assist in minimizing the chances of any sea sickness symptoms.

17. Will we get wet on the tour?

It is very unlikely that you will ‎get wet during the tour. – However, on rare occasions, the wind and waves are such that some spray may come into the boat; this is likely to be minimal and you will be informed by the skipper about the sea condition prior to departure.

VooTours Tourism Booking Terms and Conditions

1. General Agreement & Liability

• Acceptance: By confirming a booking with VooTours Tourism, you formally acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

• Itinerary Accuracy: Published itineraries are generally accurate but are subject to minor modifications due to external factors like seasonal changes or Coast Guard requirements.

• Liability Waiver: VooTours Tourism is not liable for any personal injuries sustained during the tour, including while riding, boarding, or disembarking. The decision to sail or participate is ultimately at the passenger’s own risk, and liability is waived.

• Cooperation: Guests agree to fully cooperate with any necessary investigations or claims. Costs incurred for damage to VooTours equipment may be charged to the guest.

• Marketing Consent: You grant VooTours Tourism the right to use any images or videos taken of you during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes.

2. Passenger Conduct & Requirements

• Guide Compliance: Guests must strictly comply with all instructions given by our guide. Threats (physical or verbal) or reckless/careless behavior may lead to immediate expulsion from the tour without a refund.

• Prohibited Items/Substances: VooTours reserves the right to refuse service to any unsafe person or who is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. These substances are strictly prohibited, and refusal results in no refund. Drones are also not permitted.

• Mandatory ID: All participants must carry and present a valid form of identification, such as a passport or Emirates ID.

• Refusal Rights: We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or item deemed unsafe.

3. Health, Safety, and Age Restrictions

• Health Warning: The tour is not suitable for pregnant guests or those who are medically unfit. Passengers must be physically fit enough to handle the demands of the tour.

• Medical Disclosure: You must inform us of any existing medical conditions that could potentially affect your safety during the tour.

• Age Limits: Children under 5 years old are strictly not allowed. Children aged 5 and above must be supervised by an accompanying adult.

4. Booking, Punctuality, and Operational Changes

• Required Arrival Time: Guests must arrive at the designated location 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

• Late Arrival / No-Show: Late arrival will result in a missed tour, and no refund or rebooking will be offered. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

• Operational Flexibility: Booking times, cruise schedules, and capacity are subject to change due to operational needs or unforeseen commitments.

• Uncontrollable Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by late-running external services, traffic congestion, or parking issues.

• Cruise Cancellation: Cruises may be canceled for safety reasons. In such cases, guests will be offered a refund, rescheduling, or a voucher.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Standard Cancellation:

  • Full Refund: If canceled or amended 48 hours or more before the tour.

  • 50% Fee: If canceled between 24 and 48 hours before the tour.

  • No Refund: If canceled less than 24 hours before the tour.

• Weather Cancellations: Weather-related cancellations will result in a refund or rescheduling. However, refunds are not given for minor delays or minor alterations, even if weather-related.

• Group Bookings: Specific cancellation fees apply to group bookings based on the notice period provided.
