• Pick-up Logistics: Complimentary transfers are provided exclusively from Abu Dhabi hotels. Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby at the scheduled time.

• Health Advisory: For safety reasons, this tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with chronic back conditions.

• Ramadan & Dry Days: During the Holy Month of Ramadan and on designated “Dry Days,” live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be served, in accordance with UAE government guidelines. For specific dates, please email us at info@vootours.com.

Terms & Conditions

• Right to Amend: We reserve the absolute right to modify itineraries, change routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion, particularly when deemed necessary for guest safety or operational convenience.

• Unused Services: Any inclusions within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status, incurring a 100% cancellation fee. In such cases, no refunds or alternative transportation will be provided.

• Departure Protocol: To maintain the schedule for all participants, our vehicles will depart at the appointed time. If a guest is not present at departure, VooTours is not responsible for arranging secondary transfers.

• Operational Contingencies: Should a tour be altered or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical issues, or heavy traffic, we will make every effort to provide a comparable alternative service, subject to availability.

• Seating Assignments: For all shared transfers, seating is allocated by our drivers or tour guides based on availability. Specific seating is only guaranteed for guests who have booked a private transfer.

• Estimated Timings: Pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate and will be adjusted based on your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Promotional Codes: Coupon and discount codes are only valid when applied during the initial online booking process and cannot be redeemed retroactively.

Useful Information

• Seating & Transfers: Seats are assigned by our tour manager based on availability. Pick-up and drop-off times are approximate and may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic or your specific hotel location.

• Government Regulations: Certain tour inclusions may be closed on weekends or public holidays per government mandates. VooTours is not responsible for these closures.

• Attire & Protection: Lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, though a light jacket is advised for winter months. We recommend bringing quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat for sun protection.

• Private Services: Personal, private transportation can be arranged for any tour upon request.

• Personal Property: You are solely responsible for your valuables (phones, wallets, etc.). VooTours and our staff are not liable for any items left in vehicles or at tour sites.

• Strollers: Strollers are not permitted in tour vehicles unless pre-arranged. Please notify us at the time of booking if you require stroller space.

• Child Supervision: Children aged 3 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during any water-based activities.

• Cultural Etiquette: Photography of UAE residents (especially women), military sites, and government buildings is strictly prohibited. Littering and smoking in public areas are legal offenses and may result in fines.

• Mandatory Identification: Some tours require an original Passport or Emirates ID. Please check your “Important Notes” carefully, as we cannot be held responsible if you miss a tour due to missing ID.

• Punctuality & No-Shows: Vehicles will depart at the scheduled time. Failure to arrive on time will result in a 100% no-show charge with no refund or alternative transfer provided.

• Service & Delays: No refunds are issued for partially used services. In the event of uncontrollable delays (traffic, weather, or mechanical issues), we will strive to offer alternative options where possible.

What is The Green Planet Dubai?

The Green Planet is a standalone bio-dome that houses an indoor tropical rainforest. It features over 3,000 plants and animals and is designed as an educational and interactive ecosystem spread across four distinct vertical levels.

Where is it located?

The facility is located at City Walk Dubai, situated at the junction of Al Wasl Road and Safa Road. It is easily accessible by car, taxi, or through private transfers booked via VooTours.

What are the four “layers” of the rainforest?

The bio-dome is split into the Flooded Rainforest (underwater), the Forest Floor (humid and dark), the Midstory (large leaves and filtered sunlight), and the Canopy (the bright roof of the forest, 30-45 meters high).

Can I interact with the animals?

Yes! Many birds fly freely throughout the dome, and animals like sloths and lemurs are often visible in open habitats. While you can get very close, guests are asked to follow “Zupervisor” instructions and avoid touching the animals unless part of a specific supervised encounter.

Is the experience suitable for young children?

Absolutely. It is a favorite for families. Children under 3 enter for free, while those aged 3–12 require a child ticket. Please note that children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

How long does a visit usually take?

On average, visitors spend about 1.5 to 2 hours exploring all four levels of the bio-dome at their own pace.

Is the facility accessible for strollers and wheelchairs?

Yes. The Green Planet is fully accessible. There are elevators that connect all levels, from the flooded rainforest at the bottom to the canopy at the top, making it easy for strollers and wheelchairs to move around.

Can I take photos inside?

Personal photography is highly encouraged! However, flash photography is strictly prohibited as it can be very distressing and harmful to the animals’ eyes in the controlled environment.

Are there food and drinks available?

There is a café located at the site for snacks and refreshments. However, outside food and beverages are generally not permitted inside the bio-dome to maintain the safety of the ecosystem.
