• Timing Flexibility: Scheduled pickup and drop-off times are estimates. Depending on your specific location and local traffic, timings may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes.

• Logistics & Transport:

  • Seating: Seats for all shared transfers are allocated by our tour manager based on daily availability.

  • Private Options: Exclusive private transportation can be arranged for any tour upon request.

  • Stroller Policy: Strollers are not permitted inside vehicles without prior notice. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require space for a stroller.

• Safety & Conduct:

  • Child Supervision: Children aged 3 to 12 must be under the constant supervision of an adult during all water-based activities.

  • Photography Etiquette: Capturing photos of UAE residents (particularly women), military sites, and government buildings is strictly prohibited.

  • Local Laws: Smoking in public areas and littering are illegal; offenders may face significant government fines.

• Preparation & Identification:

  • Mandatory ID: Certain tours require your original Passport or Emirates ID. Please review the “Important Notes” of your specific tour, as we cannot be held responsible if you are denied entry due to missing identification.

  • Personal Property: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables. VooTours, including our drivers and guides, is not liable for any loss or damage to items (wallets, electronics, etc.) left in vehicles or at tour sites.

  • Attire: Lightweight clothing is recommended for most of the year. However, we suggest bringing a sweater or jacket during the cooler winter months.

• Operational Policies:

  • Holiday Restrictions: In observance of National and Islamic holidays, alcoholic beverages will not be served, and live entertainment will be suspended.

  • No-Show Policy: A 100% no-show charge applies for guests who fail to arrive at the pickup point on time. If the vehicle departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: While we are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements if a tour is affected.

  • Refunds: No refunds are provided for partially used services.

Terms and Conditions

1. Operational Rights & Modifications

• Right to Amend: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. These changes are primarily implemented to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: Should a tour be modified or canceled due to adverse weather, vehicle maintenance, or significant traffic disruptions, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative, subject to availability.

2. Punctuality and No-Show Policy

• Arrival Requirements: Guests must be present at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show.”

• Strict Departure: If a guest is not present and the vehicle departs from the pickup location, no alternative transfer or reimbursement will be provided.

• Fees: We reserve the right to apply a 100% no-show charge for late arrivals. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted for missed tours.

3. Transport and Seating

• Seating Allocation: For all shared transfers, seating is managed by the driver or tour guide based on daily availability. Specific seat requests are not guaranteed, except in the case of private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: Pickup and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate and are subject to adjustment based on your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Promotions

• Non-Refundable Inclusions: Any portion of a tour package or specific inclusion that is not utilized by the guest is strictly non-refundable.

• Coupon Redemption: Promotional discount codes are valid only when redeemed during the official online booking process at the time of purchase.

Which Emirates will I visit on this tour?

You will visit six of the seven Emirates: Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and your starting point in Dubai. Only Abu Dhabi is excluded from this specific itinerary due to time constraints.

How long does the tour take?

This is a full-day expedition lasting approximately 10 hours. We depart around 8:00 AM and return to Dubai/Sharjah at roughly 6:00 PM, depending on traffic.

Is lunch included in the tour price?

 Lunch is included only if you select the “Private Transfer with Lunch” option during booking. For the standard private transfer, guests are welcome to purchase their own meals at one of our scheduled stops, such as the Masafi Market.

What is the dress code for this tour?

Since we visit religious and historical sites like the Bidiya Mosque, modest dress is required. Both men and women should ensure their shoulders and knees are covered. We also recommend comfortable walking shoes and a light jacket for the winter months.

Is the pricing per person or per vehicle?

The pricing listed (AED 945 for Private Transfer) is for a private vehicle booking. This ensures an exclusive experience for your group without sharing the vehicle with other tourists.

Will we actually enter the forts and museums?

Yes! The tour includes entry to major historical sites such as the Ajman Museum, Fujairah Museum, and Fujairah Fort, allowing you to explore the UAE’s history firsthand rather than just seeing them from the car.

Can children and infants join this tour?

Yes, this is a family-friendly tour. However, please keep in mind that it involves roughly 10 hours of travel. Infants join for free, but please notify us in advance if you require a child safety seat.

What happens if a specific site is closed?

Occasionally, government sites or museums may close for maintenance or private events without prior notice. While we make every effort to provide a similar alternative, we cannot offer compensation for closures outside of our control.

Do I need to bring my passport?

While you generally do not need a passport to cross borders between Emirates, we always recommend carrying a valid Emirates ID or a copy of your passport for identification purposes during any inter-city travel in the UAE.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can receive a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours, or a failure to arrive for the scheduled pickup, will result in a 100% charge.
