Punctuality/No Show: We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if a guest is not present on time for the pick-up.
- If the guest misses the pick-up, we will not arrange an alternative transfer, and no refund will be provided for the missed tour.
Private Transport: Private transport can be organized upon request for all tours.
Delays & Cancellations: If the tour is delayed or cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, vehicle breakdowns), we will provide alternate options if possible.

II. Liability and Safet

Personal Belongings: Leaving valuable personal belongings (media equipment, wallets, etc.) in our vehicles or at tour sites is solely at your own risk. Our staff is not responsible for lost items.
