• Minimum Guest Requirement: This tour requires at least 2 participants to operate. Solo travelers are advised to contact us for schedule confirmation before booking.

• Hotel Transfers: Pick-up and drop-off services are exclusively available for hotels in Abu Dhabi. Guests are requested to wait in their respective hotel lobbies.

• Health Advisory: This experience is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals suffering from chronic back issues.

• Ramadan & Religious Holidays: In accordance with UAE government guidelines, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be available during the Holy Month of Ramadan or on “Dry Days.” For specific dates, please email us at info@vootours.com.

Terms & Conditions

• Right to Amend: We reserve the absolute right to modify itineraries, change routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. Such changes are primarily implemented to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Unused Services: Any portion of a tour package or specific inclusion that is not utilized by the guest is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or cash.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status, incurring a 100% cancellation fee. In these instances, no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be arranged.

• Departure Protocol: To maintain the schedule for all participants, our vehicles will depart promptly at the appointed time. If a guest is not present at the time of departure, VooTours is not responsible for arranging secondary transfers, and no refund will be issued for the missed tour.

• Operational Contingencies: Should a tour be altered or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical issues, or heavy traffic, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative service, subject to availability.

• Seating Assignments: For all shared transfers, seating is allocated by our drivers or tour guides based on current availability. Specific seating is only guaranteed for guests who have booked a private transfer.

• Estimated Timings: Pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. These schedules will be adjusted according to your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Promotional Codes: Coupon and discount codes are valid only when redeemed during the initial online booking process and cannot be applied retroactively to existing reservations.

• Transport & Seating: Seats are allocated by our tour manager based on availability. Pick-up and drop-off timings are approximate and may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic or your specific location.

• Operational Changes: Certain inclusions may be closed on weekends or specific dates per government regulations. VooTours is not liable for such mandatory closures.

• Attire & Sun Protection: Lightweight summer clothing is ideal most of the year, though a light jacket is recommended for winter months. We strongly suggest bringing quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat.

• Private Services: Personalized private transportation can be arranged for any tour upon request for an additional fee.

• Valuables: Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings (cameras, wallets, electronics). VooTours and our staff are not liable for any items left in vehicles or at tour sites.

• Stroller Policy: Strollers are not permitted in tour vehicles unless pre-arranged. Please notify us during the booking process.

• Child Safety: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be supervised by an adult at all times during any water-based activities.

• Cultural Conduct: Photography of UAE residents (especially women), military sites, and government buildings is strictly prohibited. Smoking in public is restricted, and littering is a legal offense subject to fines.

• Required Documentation: Some tours require an original Passport or Emirates ID. Please check your “Important Notes” carefully; entry will be denied without valid identification.

• No-Show & Delays: Our vehicles depart promptly. Failure to arrive on time will be marked as a 100% No-Show, with no refund or alternative transfer provided.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: While we strive to maintain the schedule, delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues may occur. In such cases, we will provide alternative options where possible. No refunds are available for partially used services.

Where is the Museum of Illusions located?

The museum is located in the Al Seef Heritage Area (Building 17) near Dubai Creek. It’s nestled in a beautiful district that blends traditional Emirati architecture with modern attractions.

 Is the museum suitable for children?

Yes! It is a fantastic destination for all ages. While children love the playful nature of the exhibits, adults and seniors find the science and psychology behind the illusions equally fascinating.

What is the Vortex Tunnel?

 The Vortex Tunnel is one of the museum’s most popular attractions. It features a rotating cylinder that tricks your brain into thinking the platform you are standing on is tilting, even though it remains perfectly flat and stable!

Can I take photos inside the museum?

Absolutely! In fact, the museum is designed for photography. Many exhibits, like the Ames Room or the Chair of Mystery, only “work” when viewed through a camera lens. Make sure your device is fully charged!

How long does it take to see everything?

A typical visit lasts between 45 to 90 minutes, depending on how much time you spend interacting with the puzzles in the Smart Playroom and taking photos at each installation.

Will there be someone to help us take photos?

 Yes! The museum staff are stationed throughout the exhibits. They are “illusion experts” who can help you find the correct “marks” on the floor to stand on and the best angles to hold your camera to get the perfect shot.

Is there a “Smart Playroom” inside?

Yes, the museum features a dedicated playroom filled with Dilemma Games, wooden puzzles, and brain-teasers. These are great for stimulating the mind and are available for guests to solve during their visit.

Is the museum accessible for strollers or wheelchairs?

The museum is generally accessible; however, certain exhibits like the Vortex Tunnel or the Upside Down Room may be challenging for those with mobility issues or vertigo. Staff can guide you to the best accessible routes.

What is the best way to get to Al Seef?

You can arrive by car (basement parking is available), taxi, or Metro (Burjuman Station is the closest). For a unique experience, you can also take the RTA Water Taxi across Dubai Creek.
