Know Before You Book

• Transportation: This tour does not include transfers. The most cost-effective way to arrive is via public transport (Taxi or Metro). Alternatively, you may book a Private Transfer through the transportation section of our website.

• Mandatory Identification: You must carry your original Passport or Emirates ID; this is a strict requirement for all guests.

• Safety First: In accordance with UAE maritime rules and regulations, Life Jackets must be worn by all guests once aboard the vessel.

• Supervision: Guests under the age of 21 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

• Pet Policy: No pets or animals of any kind are permitted on board.

• Capacity Limits: The total number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity specified in the charter registration.

  • Schedule Variance: Please note that transfer timings are estimates and may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic, location, or trip schedules.

  • Seating: For shared transfers, seating is allocated by the tour manager based on daily availability.

  • Private Options: Exclusive private transport can be organized for any tour upon request.

• Safety & Guest Conduct:

  • Photography Etiquette: It is strictly prohibited to photograph military sites, government buildings, or UAE residents (specifically women).

  • Child Safety: Children aged 3–12 must be under adult supervision during all water-based activities.

  • Stroller Policy: Strollers are only permitted in vehicles if requested and confirmed during the booking process.

  • Public Laws: Smoking in public areas and littering are illegal acts punishable by government fines.

• Preparation & Attire:

  • Clothing: Lightweight summer wear is ideal year-round; however, we recommend a jacket or sweater for the cooler winter months.

  • Sun Protection: We strongly advise bringing high-quality sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for all outdoor excursions.

• Operational Policies:

  • Valuables: Guests are solely responsible for their personal property. VooTours and its staff are not liable for lost or damaged electronics, wallets, or valuables left in vehicles or at sites.

  • Holiday Restrictions: Alcoholic beverages and live entertainment are unavailable during Islamic occasions and National Holidays.

  • No-Show Policy: A 100% charge applies for late arrivals. If the vehicle or boat departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be issued.

  • Force Majeure: VooTours is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. We will provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.

  • Refunds: No refunds are issued for partially used services.

Terms and Conditions

1. Operational Rights & Modifications

• Right to Amend: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. These changes are primarily implemented to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events: Should a tour be modified or canceled due to adverse weather, vehicle maintenance, or significant traffic disruptions, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative, subject to availability.

2. Punctuality and No-Show Policy

• Arrival Requirements: Guests must be present at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show.”

• Strict Departure: If a guest is not present and the vehicle departs from the pickup location, no alternative transfer will be arranged.

• Fees: A 100% no-show charge applies to all late arrivals. No refunds, reimbursements, or rescheduling will be permitted for missed tours.

3. Transport and Seating

• Seating Allocation: For all shared transfers, seating is managed by the driver or tour guide based on daily availability. Specific seat requests are not guaranteed, except in the case of private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: Pickup and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate and are subject to adjustment based on your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Promotions

• Non-Refundable Inclusions: Any portion of a tour package or specific inclusion that is not utilized by the guest is strictly non-refundable.

• Coupon Redemption: Promotional discount codes are valid only when redeemed during the official online booking process at the time of purchase.

Is the rental price per person or per yacht?

Our pricing is per yacht, providing you with an exclusive private charter. Whether you are a couple or a group (up to the maximum capacity of 8 or 16 guests), the total hourly rate remains the same.

Do I need to bring my passport for a yacht charter?

Yes. In compliance with UAE Coast Guard regulations, every guest on board must carry their original Passport or Emirates ID. Digital copies or photos on a phone are generally not accepted for maritime inspections.

What landmarks will we see during the trip?

The sights depend on your chosen duration:

• 1 Hour: A tour of the Marina Lagoon and JBR skyline.
• 2 Hours: Marina views and the iconic Burj Al Arab.
• 3 Hours: Marina, Burj Al Arab, and Atlantis The Palm.
• 4 Hours: The full coastal experience, covering all major offshore landmarks.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

We provide complimentary light refreshments (water and soft drinks). You are welcome to bring your own food and snacks. If you require professional catering or a live BBQ, please contact us in advance for a custom quote.

What is the minimum age to join the charter?

Guests of all ages are welcome! However, for safety and legal reasons, all individuals under 21 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times during the voyage.

Is there a dress code for the yacht?

We recommend lightweight summer clothing or smart-casual attire. For the comfort and maintenance of the yacht’s deck, guests are typically asked to remove their shoes before boarding. In winter, we suggest bringing a jacket for the sea breeze.

Can we try fishing during the tour?

Absolutely! We provide standard fishing equipment on board. Please inform your skipper if you’d like to stop and cast a line during your cruise.

What happens if the weather is too rough for sailing?

Your safety is our priority. If the Coast Guard restricts sailing due to weather or sea conditions, VooTours will offer to reschedule your trip or provide a full refund.

Are life jackets mandatory?

Yes, per UAE maritime laws, life jackets must be worn by all guests once they are on board the vessel. We provide high-quality safety gear for both adults and children.

How early should we arrive at the marina?

To ensure a smooth departure and maximize your time on the water, please report to the designated marina location 20 minutes before your scheduled start time.
