• Abu Dhabi Transfers: Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are exclusive to hotels within Abu Dhabi city. We kindly ask guests to wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time.
• Health Advisory: This experience is not recommended for pregnant women or guests with back and spinal conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Operational Rights: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, modify routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. These changes are primarily made to ensure the safety or convenience of our guests.
• Unused Services: Any inclusions or activities within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.
• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Any guest failing to do so will be classified as a “No-Show.” In these circumstances, a 100% cancellation fee applies, and no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be provided.
• Departure Protocol: If a guest is not present at the scheduled time and the vehicle departs the pick-up location, VooTours will not arrange alternative transfers. No refunds are provided for tours missed due to late arrivals.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: Should a tour be altered or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical issues, or traffic conditions, we will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of a similar nature, subject to availability.
• Seating Allocation: For all shared transfers, seating is allocated by the driver or tour guide based on availability. Specific seat requests are only guaranteed for Private Transfers.
• Timing Estimates: All pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. Actual timings will be adjusted based on your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.
• Promotional Codes: Coupon codes are valid only when redeemed through the official online booking process at the time of reservation.
• Contractual Agreement: By finalizing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all tour documentation, including the itinerary and these Terms & Conditions, which form the legal basis of your contract with VooTours.

  • Seating: All seating for shared transfers is allocated by the tour manager based on availability.
  • Timing Variations: Listed pick-up/drop-off times are approximate. Actual timings may vary by 30–60 minutes due to your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.
  • Punctuality: We reserve the right to charge a 100% no-show fee for late arrivals. If the vehicle departs, no alternative transport or refund will be provided.
• Preparation & Attire:
  • Clothing: Lightweight summer wear is suitable for most of the year. However, sweaters or jackets are recommended for the cooler winter months.
  • Sun Protection: We highly recommend using high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat when outdoors.
  • Mandatory ID: Some attractions require an original Passport or Emirates ID. Please check your “Important Notes” carefully; VooTours is not responsible for missed tours due to missing identification.
• Safety & Conduct Policies:
  • Personal Belongings: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables. VooTours and its staff are not liable for items lost in vehicles or at tour sites.
  • Strollers: To ensure vehicle space, strollers are only permitted if requested at the time of booking.
  • Child Supervision: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult for all water-based activities.
  • Photography Laws: It is strictly prohibited to photograph UAE residents (especially ladies), military institutions, and government buildings.
  • Public Decorum: Smoking in public areas and littering are punishable offenses and may result in heavy fines.
• Operational Notes:
  • Refunds: No refunds are issued for partially utilized services.
  • External Factors: In the event of delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues, we will strive to provide alternative options whenever possible.
  • Public Holidays: On Islamic occasions and National Holidays, live entertainment and alcohol service will be suspended.

Motiongate brings the silver screen to life through three of Hollywood’s most famous studios: Columbia Pictures, DreamWorks Animation, and Lionsgate. You will find attractions themed around John Wick, Shrek, Ghostbusters, The Hunger Games, Madagascar, and more.

Is Motiongate Dubai an indoor or outdoor park?

The park features a mix of both. While many transitions and the Studio Central area are outdoors, the massive DreamWorks Zone is entirely indoors and climate-controlled, making it a perfect year-round destination even during the hot summer months.

Are there age or height restrictions for the rides?

Most thrilling attractions, such as the John Wick: Open Contract coaster and The Hunger Games rides, have height requirements (typically between 1.2m and 1.3m). However, there are plenty of family-friendly rides and the Smurfs Village dedicated to younger children.

Can I meet movie characters at the park?

Yes! Character meet-and-greets are a core part of the experience. You can often find Shrek, Kung Fu Panda, the Smurfs, and the cast of Madagascar available for photos and high-fives throughout the day.

Yes. Motiongate is located within the Dubai Parks and Resorts complex. While the standard ticket is for Motiongate only, VooTours can help you arrange “2-Park Pass” combos if you wish to visit Legoland or the Neon Galaxy on the same day.

Is there a dress code for the park?

We recommend comfortable walking shoes and lightweight, breathable clothing as the park is quite large. Please ensure your attire is respectful of local culture; extremely revealing clothing may not be appropriate for a family-themed environment.

Are there dining options for vegetarians or those with allergies?

Absolutely. The park offers various themed restaurants serving everything from Italian and Chinese to classic American burgers. Most venues offer vegetarian options. For severe allergies, it is best to check with the restaurant staff upon arrival.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park for health and safety reasons. However, there are numerous snack stands and restaurants inside to cater to all tastes.

What happens if a specific ride is closed during my visit?

To ensure guest safety, some rides may close occasionally for scheduled maintenance or technical reasons. While VooTours cannot provide refunds for individual ride closures, the vast majority of the 27+ attractions will be available for your enjoyment.
