• Self-Arrival: If you have selected the “Without Transfer” option, please report directly to the location at least 20 minutes before your scheduled tour time.

• Weight Requirement: Participants must weigh a minimum of 15 kg to safely take part in this activity.

• Age Policy: Children are aged 3 to 10 years. For safety reasons, infants under 3 years old are not permitted to participate.

• Health Advisory: This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, heart patients, or individuals suffering from back ailments.

• Guest Responsibilities:

  • Valuables: Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings (media equipment, wallets, etc.). VooTours is not liable for items left in vehicles or at tour sites.

  • Strollers: Strollers are not permitted in tour vehicles unless requested and confirmed during your reservation.

  • Documentation: Ensure you check if your tour requires an original ID; we cannot be held responsible if you are denied entry due to missing documents.

• Dress Code & Protection:

  • Attire: Lightweight summer clothing is recommended year-round, while sweaters or jackets are advised for the winter months.

  • Sun Safety: We strongly suggest using high-quality sunscreen, sunglasses, and hats for outdoor activities.

• Local Laws & Etiquette:

  • Photography: It is strictly prohibited to photograph UAE residents (especially women), military sites, or government buildings.

  • Prohibitions: Smoking in public areas and littering are illegal and punishable by government fines.

  • Holidays: Alcohol and live entertainment are not available during Islamic occasions and National holidays.

• Operational Policies:

  • No-Show Policy: A 100% charge applies if you are late for pickup. If the vehicle departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.

  • Force Majeure: VooTours is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. In such cases, we will offer alternative options where possible.

  • Refunds: No refunds are issued for partially used services.

Terms and Conditions

1. Operational Rights & Modifications

• Right to Adjust: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. These changes are primarily implemented to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Force Majeure & Technical Issues: If a booking is canceled or modified due to adverse weather, vehicle maintenance, or significant traffic disruptions, we will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of a similar standard, subject to availability.

2. Punctuality and No-Show Policy

• Arrival & Departure: Guests must arrive at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show.”

• Fees & Transfers: We reserve the right to apply a 100% no-show charge. Once the vehicle departs from the pickup location, no alternative transportation will be arranged, and no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted for the missed tour.

3. Transport and Seating

• Seating Allocation: For all shared tours, seating is managed by the driver or tour guide based on daily availability. Specific seat requests are not guaranteed, except in the case of private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: Pickup and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate and will be adjusted based on your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

4. Refunds and Promotions

• Non-Refundable Services: Any inclusion within a tour package that is not utilized by the guest is strictly non-refundable.

• Coupon Redemption: Promotional discount codes are valid only when applied during the official online booking process.

How many people can the Exclusive Love Boat accommodate?

Our private charters are designed for intimacy and comfort. We have different boat sizes available to accommodate groups of up to 8 guests or up to 12 guests, depending on the booking option you select.

Can we customize the tour route?

Absolutely! Since this is an exclusive charter, you have the flexibility to bespoke your itinerary. You can choose to spend more time at the Burj Al Arab for photos or zip straight to Atlantis The Palm—the choice is yours.

 Is there an age or weight limit for participants?

For safety reasons, all participants must weigh at least 15 kg. Due to the high-speed nature of the RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat), children under 3 years old are not permitted on board.

What landmarks will we see during the 45-minute charter?

Even on our shortest 45-minute “blast,” you will typically see the Dubai Marina, the stunning Marina Lagoon, and the world-famous Palm Jumeirah coastline. Longer durations allow for visits to the Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

Do I need to bring my ID?

Yes. In accordance with UAE Coast Guard regulations, every passenger must present a valid original Passport or Emirates ID at the boarding point. Digital copies are generally not accepted by authorities.

Is the Love Boat ride safe for everyone?

While we maintain the highest safety standards, this is a high-speed activity. It is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or guests suffering from back or neck injuries.

What should we wear for the boat tour?

We recommend comfortable beachwear or summer clothing. During the winter months, the sea breeze can be cool, so a light windbreaker or jacket is advisable.

Can we bring food or drinks on board?

Standard food and drinks are not included in the charter. We recommend finishing any heavy meals before boarding. However, you can carry small bottles of water. For special occasions, please contact us to discuss specific requirements.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my booking?

Your safety is our priority. If the UAE Coast Guard restricts sailing due to adverse weather or high waves, VooTours reserves the right to reschedule your tour or provide a full refund.

How early should we arrive if we are coming on our own?

 If you have selected the “Without Transfer” option, please arrive at the boarding location at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure. As this is a private booking, the boat departs on time, and late arrivals will result in a shortened tour or a no-show status.
