• Health & Safety: This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals suffering from chronic back pain.

• Guest Responsibilities:

  • Identification: Always carry your original Passport or Emirates ID, as these are mandatory for certain tours. VooTours is not responsible if you are denied entry due to missing documents.

  • Valuables: Guests are solely responsible for their personal property. Our drivers and guides are not liable for lost or damaged electronics, wallets, or other valuables.

  • Strollers: Strollers are not permitted in vehicles unless requested and confirmed at the time of booking.

• Dress Code & Protection:

  • Clothing: Lightweight summer attire is ideal for most of the year; however, a jacket or sweater is recommended during the winter months.

  • Sun Safety: We highly recommend wearing high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat when in direct sunlight.

• On-Site Guidelines:

  • Child Safety: Children aged 3–12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during water-based activities.

  • Photography: It is strictly prohibited to photograph military sites, government buildings, and UAE residents (specifically women).

  • Public Conduct: Smoking in public areas and littering are illegal and punishable by fines.

• Contractual Agreement: By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Tour Brochure, itinerary, Terms & Conditions, and Price Grid.

Terms and Conditions

• No-Show Policy: A 100% no-show charge applies if a guest is not ready at the pickup time. If the vehicle departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.

• Refund Policy: No refunds are issued for partially utilized services.

• Uncontrollable Circumstances: VooTours is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. In such events, we will provide alternative options where possible.

Terms and Conditions

1. Operational Modifications & Cancellations

• Right to Adjust: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. These changes are primarily made to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Force Majeure & Technical Issues: If a tour is canceled or modified due to adverse weather, vehicle complications, or traffic disruptions, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative, subject to availability.

2. Punctuality and No-Show Policy

• No-Show Classification: Guests must be present at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show.”

• Fees & Missed Transfers: We reserve the right to apply a 100% no-show charge. If the guest is not present and the vehicle departs, no alternative transportation will be arranged, and no refunds or reimbursements will be issued for the missed tour.

3. Transport and Seating

• Seating Allocation: For all shared tours, seating is managed by the driver or tour guide based on availability. Specific seat requests are not guaranteed, except in the case of private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: Pickup and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. Actual timings will be adjusted based on your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Promotions

• Unused Services: Any inclusion or activity within a tour package that is not utilized by the guest is strictly non-refundable.

• Promotion Codes: Discount and coupon codes are valid only when redeemed during the official online booking process.

What landmarks will I see during the Marina Dhow Cruise?

You will sail through the heart of the Dubai Marina, offering spectacular views of the twisting Cayan Tower, the Dubai Marina Mall, elite five-star hotels, the Marina Yacht Club, and the world’s tallest residential skyscrapers.

Is there a difference in pricing for the upper and lower decks?

No, your ticket grants you access to both levels. You can choose the open-air upper deck for the best views and breeze, or the glass-enclosed, air-conditioned lower deck for a cool and quiet dining experience.

What kind of food is served in the international buffet?

We offer a high-quality 5-star buffet that caters to a global palate. It includes a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian main courses, fresh salads, and traditional Arabic sweets. Unlimited soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee are also included.

What is the Tanoura dance show?

The Tanoura dance is a traditional Sufi-style folk dance. A skilled performer wears a heavy, LED-lit multi-colored skirt and spins continuously in a hypnotic display of balance and artistry. It is a major highlight of the evening!

What is the dress code for the cruise?

The dress code is Smart Casual. We recommend comfortable yet elegant attire. Since it can get breezy on the water, a light sweater or shawl is highly recommended during the winter months for those sitting on the upper deck.

Do you offer hotel transfers?

Yes, we offer pickup and drop-off from Dubai hotels. This is available on a sharing basis (included if you select the transfer option) or via a private vehicle upgrade for an additional surcharge.

Is alcohol served on the dhow cruise?

No. In accordance with our safety and operational policy, alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on the dhow cruise, and no alcohol is served on board.

Is the cruise suitable for infants and young children?

Absolutely! It is a family-friendly experience. Infants under 3 years old join for free, and children aged 3–10 receive a discounted rate. Strollers are permitted, but please inform us at the time of booking.

What happens if I miss the pickup or the cruise departure?

Punctuality is essential. Guests should be ready by 19:00–19:30 hrs for pickup. The boat departs promptly at 20:30 hrs. According to our terms, no-shows or missed departures are subject to a 100% charge with no refund.

Are there any days when live entertainment is not available?

Yes. In observance of UAE government regulations, there is no live entertainment or music during the Holy Month of Ramadan and other designated Islamic holidays. The dinner and sightseeing cruise continue to operate as usual.
