• Punctuality/No Show: We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if a guest is not present on time for the pick-up.

  • If the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs, we will not arrange an alternative transfer, and no refund will be provided for the missed tour.

• Private Transport: Private transport can be organized upon request for all tours.

• Delays & Cancellations: Due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, vehicle breakdowns), if the tour is delayed or cancelled, we will provide alternate options if possible.

• Personal Belongings: Leaving valuable personal belongings (media equipment, wallets, etc.) in our vehicles or at tour sites is solely at your own responsibility. Our staff will not be held responsible for lost items.
