  • Health & Safety: For your well-being, this experience is not recommended for pregnant women or guests with chronic back pain.

  • Ramadan & Dry Days: In compliance with UAE government regulations, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be provided during the Holy Month of Ramadan or on designated dry days.

Terms and Conditions

• Itinerary and Pricing Adjustments: We reserve the absolute right to modify routes, reschedule itineraries, or adjust pricing at our sole discretion. Tours may be canceled if we deem it necessary for your safety or overall convenience.

• Non-Refundable Inclusions: No refunds or credits will be issued for any inclusions within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest.

• Punctuality and No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Failure to do so will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show,” incurring a 100% cancellation fee. In such cases, we are under no obligation to provide alternative transport or reimbursements.

• Operational Contingencies: If a tour is altered or canceled due to adverse weather, mechanical issues, or traffic conditions, we will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.

• Seating Allocation: For shared transfers, seating is arranged by the driver or tour guide based on availability at the time of boarding. Specific seats cannot be reserved in advance, except for private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: All pick-up and drop-off times provided on our website are approximate. Actual timings will be adjusted according to your specific hotel location and current traffic flow.

• Coupon Redemption: Promotional coupon codes are only valid when applied during the online booking process and cannot be added retroactively.

• Departure Policy: If a guest is not present at the scheduled time and the vehicle departs the pick-up location, no alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered for the missed excursion.

• Transportation & Scheduling:

  • Seating Policy: Seats for all transfers are assigned by our tour manager based on availability.

  • Flexible Timings: Pickup and drop-off schedules may be adjusted according to the tour itinerary, local traffic, or your specific location. Actual times may vary by 30 to 60 minutes from those listed online.

  • Private Transfers: We can arrange private transportation for any tour upon request.

  • Stroller Access: Strollers are only permitted in vehicles if requested at the time of booking. Please notify us in advance.

• Operational & Refund Policies:

  • No-Show Policy: We reserve the right to apply a 100% no-show fee if guests are not present at the pickup point on time. If the vehicle departs, no alternative transport or refund will be provided.

  • Unused Services: No refunds are available for partially used services or inclusions.

  • Unforeseen Delays: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by external factors (traffic, weather, mechanical issues). In such cases, we will strive to offer the best possible alternative.

  • Government Closures: We are not liable if specific inclusions are unavailable due to government-mandated closures or weekend schedules.

• Guest Responsibilities & Safety:

  • Required Documentation: Certain tours strictly require an original passport or Emirates ID. Failure to bring these will result in denied entry without a refund.

  • Personal Valuables: Guests are solely responsible for their belongings (cameras, wallets, electronics). Our staff and guides cannot be held liable for items lost in vehicles or at tour sites.

  • Child Supervision: For all water-based activities, children aged 3 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Local Laws & Cultural Etiquette:

  • Religious Holidays: On Islamic occasions and National Holidays, live entertainment and alcohol service are prohibited by law.

  • Photography Restrictions: It is strictly illegal to photograph UAE residents (especially women), military sites, and government buildings.

  • Public Conduct: Smoking in public spaces is prohibited, and littering is a punishable offense that may result in fines.

• Travel Tips:

  • Clothing: Light summer wear is ideal for most of the year, though we recommend a jacket or sweater during the winter months.

  • Sun Protection: We highly recommend wearing quality sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen when outdoors.
