• Transfer Services: Pick-up and drop-off services are exclusively available for hotels within Abu Dhabi. We kindly ask that you wait in your hotel lobby at the scheduled time.

• Health & Safety: For safety reasons, this tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals suffering from back problems.

• Ramadan & Dry Days: In compliance with UAE government regulations, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be available during the Holy Month of Ramadan or on designated “Dry Days.”

• Itinerary and Pricing Rights: We reserve the absolute right to reschedule tour routes, adjust pricing, or cancel any excursion at our sole discretion. Such changes are typically made to ensure guest safety or improve overall convenience.

• Non-Refundable Services: Any inclusions within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.

• Punctuality and No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status, carrying a 100% cancellation charge. In these instances, no alternative transportation or reimbursement will be provided.

• Operational Contingencies: If a tour is altered or canceled due to adverse weather, mechanical issues, or traffic problems, we will make every effort to provide a comparable alternative, subject to availability.

• Departure Protocol: If a guest is not present at the scheduled time and the vehicle departs the pick-up location, we will not arrange a secondary transfer, and no refund will be issued for the missed tour.

• Seating Allocation: For all shared transfers, seating is determined by the driver or tour guide based on availability at the time of boarding. Specific seats cannot be reserved in advance unless a private transfer has been booked.

• Estimated Timings: All pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. Actual times are subject to change based on your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Promotional Coupons: Coupon codes are valid only when redeemed during the official online booking process.

• Transportation & Timing:

  • Seating: Seats are allocated by the tour manager based on availability at the time of the transfer.

  • Schedule Flexibility: Pick-up and drop-off times are estimates and may vary by 30 to 60 minutes due to traffic, your location, or adjustments to the trip schedule.

  • Private Options: Private transportation is available for all tours upon request.

  • Strollers: To ensure space, strollers are not permitted in vehicles unless we are notified at the time of booking.

• Operational Policies:

  • No-Show & Late Arrival: If a guest is not present at the pick-up point on time and the vehicle departs, it will be treated as a no-show. A 100% cancellation fee applies, and no alternative transport or refund will be provided.

  • Service Delays: We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by uncontrollable factors (weather, traffic, or mechanical issues). In such cases, we will offer alternative options where possible.

  • Refunds: No refunds or credits will be issued for partially utilized services.

  • Closures: We are not responsible if specific inclusions are closed due to government regulations or weekend schedules.

• Guest Responsibilities & Safety:

  • Identification: Certain tours strictly require an original passport or Emirates ID. Please check your “Important Notes” carefully, as entry will be denied without these documents.

  • Valuables: You are solely responsible for your personal belongings. VooTours and our staff are not liable for any lost or damaged items left in vehicles or at tour sites.

  • Water Safety: For all water-based activities, children aged 3 to 12 must be supervised by an adult in the water at all times.

• Local Laws & Etiquette:

  • Religious Holidays: During Islamic occasions and National Holidays, live entertainment and alcohol service will be suspended in accordance with UAE law.

  • Photography: It is strictly forbidden to photograph military sites, government buildings, and UAE residents (particularly women) without permission.

  • Public Conduct: Smoking in public areas is prohibited. Littering is a legal offense and may result in heavy fines.

• Travel Comfort:

  • Clothing: Light summer wear is suitable year-round, but we recommend bringing a jacket or sweater during the winter months.

  • Sun Care: We highly advise using high-quality sunscreen, sunglasses, and hats when exposed to direct sunlight.

What are the four “Epic Zones” at IMG Worlds of Adventure?

The park is divided into four unique themed areas: MARVEL, Cartoon Network, Lost Valley – Dinosaur Adventure, and IMG Boulevard.

Is IMG Worlds of Adventure an outdoor or indoor park?

It is one of the world’s largest indoor, temperature-controlled theme parks. This makes it a perfect year-round destination, as it stays cool even during the peak of Dubai’s summer.

How is the ticket price determined for children?

Pricing is based on height rather than age. Children under 1.05 meters enter for FREE, while children above 1.05 meters require a standard child ticket (AED 345). Those aged 12 and above typically fall under adult pricing (AED 365).

Does a General Admission ticket include all rides?

Yes! Your General Admission ticket provides unlimited access to all rides, attractions, and live entertainment across all four adventure zones for the entire day.

What is the fastest roller coaster in the park?

The “Velociraptor” in the Lost Valley zone is one of the fastest and most thrilling coasters in the park, launching riders from the prehistoric jungle into the desert and back.

Can I bring my own food and drinks into the park?

No, outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited for safety and hygiene reasons. However, the park offers a wide variety of themed dining venues and restaurants to suit all tastes.

How do I get to IMG Worlds of Adventure?

The park is located on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road in the City of Arabia. Since there is no direct Metro station, the best way to reach the park is via taxi, private car, or by booking a private transfer with VooTours.

Are there any health restrictions for the rides?

Yes. High-intensity thrill rides (such as “Predator”) are not recommended for pregnant women or guests with heart, neck, or back conditions. Each ride has specific safety requirements posted at the entrance.

What should I wear for my visit?

We highly recommend comfortable clothing and sports shoes. The park covers 1.5 million square feet, so you will be doing a significant amount of walking throughout the day.

What is “The Haunted Hotel”?

Located in IMG Boulevard, this is an immersive, walk-through attraction filled with terrifying characters and mazes. Please note it is designed for older guests who enjoy a spine-tingling scare!
