• Seating & Logistics: Seating for all transfers is subject to availability and will be assigned by our tour manager.

• Timing Adjustments: Pick-up and drop-off schedules are flexible and may be modified based on the trip itinerary, hotel location, or real-time traffic conditions.

• Transfer Buffer: Please allow for a 30 to 60-minute variation from the times listed on the website for actual transfers.

• Government Regulations: VooTours is not responsible if certain inclusions are closed due to government mandates, weekends, or public holidays.

• Recommended Attire: Lightweight summer clothing is appropriate for most of the year; however, we recommend bringing a jacket or sweater during the winter months.

• Sun Protection: For your comfort, we strongly suggest wearing high-quality sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen during outdoor activities.

• Private Transfers: Personal transportation can be arranged for any of our tours upon request.

• Personal Property: You are solely responsible for your valuables (cameras, wallets, electronics). VooTours and our staff are not liable for items left in vehicles or at attraction sites.

• Stroller Policy: Strollers are not permitted in tour vehicles unless pre-arranged. Please notify us during the booking process if you plan to bring one.

• Child Supervision: For all water-based activities, children aged 3 to 12 years must be closely supervised by an adult in the water.

• Dry Days & Holidays: During Islamic occasions and UAE National holidays, live entertainment and alcohol service will be strictly suspended.

• Cultural Etiquette: Photography of UAE residents (especially women), military installations, and government buildings is strictly prohibited.

• Public Conduct: Smoking is restricted to designated areas. Littering is a legal offense and may result in heavy fines.

• Mandatory Identification: Some tours require an original Passport or Emirates ID. Please check the “Important Notes” section of your tour, as we cannot be held responsible if you are denied entry due to missing ID.

• No-Show Policy: A 100% no-show fee applies if you are late for your pick-up. If the vehicle departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.

• Service & Refunds: No refunds are issued for partially used services or missed portions of a tour.

• Operational Delays: In the event of delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues, we will strive to provide an alternative solution whenever possible.

• Minimum Guest Requirement: This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to proceed. If you are traveling solo, please contact us to verify the schedule before finalizing your booking.

• Pick-up Logistics: Transportation services are exclusively available for hotels located in Abu Dhabi. We kindly ask that you be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby at the scheduled time.

• Health & Safety Advisory: For your safety, this experience is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals suffering from chronic back pain or spinal issues.

• Ramadan & Religious Holidays: In compliance with UAE government regulations, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be available during the Holy Month of Ramadan or on designated “Dry Days.” For specific inquiries regarding these dates, please email us at info@vootours.com.

• Right to Amend: We reserve the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, modify routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. Such changes are primarily made to ensure guest safety or operational convenience.

• Unused Inclusions: No refunds will be issued for any part of a tour package or specific inclusion that is not utilized by the guest.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Failure to do so will result in being marked as a “No-Show,” carrying a 100% cancellation charge. In such cases, no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be arranged.

• Operational Contingencies: If a tour is altered or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical failure, or heavy traffic, we will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.

• Seating Assignments: Seats are allocated by our drivers or tour guides based on availability. Specific seating is only guaranteed for those who have booked private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: All pick-up and drop-off times provided on our website are approximate. These schedules are subject to change based on your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Voucher & Coupon Usage: Promotional coupon codes are valid only when redeemed during the online booking process and cannot be applied retroactively.

• Departure Protocol: To maintain the schedule for all participants, our vehicles will depart at the scheduled time. If a guest is late and misses the vehicle, no refund or secondary transfer will be provided.

What exactly is iFLY Dubai?

 iFLY Dubai is an indoor skydiving center that uses a state-of-the-art vertical wind tunnel to create a cushion of air. This allows you to experience the exact sensation of a freefall—just like skydiving—in a completely safe and controlled indoor environment.

How high will I actually fly?

Most first-time flyers soar up to 4 meters in the air. The wind tunnel itself is a massive 10 meters tall, featuring acrylic glass walls so your friends and family can watch you fly from outside!

Is it safe for children?

Absolutely! Children as young as 3 years old can fly. Our “Zupervisors” and instructors are highly trained to handle young flyers, provided they can comfortably wear one of our safety helmets.

How long does each “flight” last?

The standard package includes two flights of one minute each. While this sounds short, it is actually longer than the freefall time of a typical outdoor skydive!

Do I need any prior experience?

No experience is necessary. Every booking includes a technical training session where an instructor teaches you the basic body positions and hand signals used inside the tunnel.

What are the weight and health restrictions?

To ensure the equipment functions correctly, flyers must weigh less than 105kg (if shorter than 180cm) or 115kg (if taller than 180cm). For safety reasons, people with prior shoulder dislocations or pregnant women cannot fly.

What should I wear for my flight?

Wear comfortable, athletic clothing and lace-up sneakers. We will provide you with a specialized flight suit, goggles, and a helmet to wear over your clothes. Please avoid jewelry or collared shirts.

Can I wear my prescription glasses or contact lenses?

Yes! We have oversized goggles that can fit comfortably over your prescription glasses, allowing you to see clearly while you soar.

Why do I need to arrive 20 minutes early?

Punctuality is vital because your session begins with a mandatory safety briefing and gear-fitting. If you arrive late, you may miss your slot, and per our terms, this is considered a “No-Show” with no refund.
