• Most of our tours operate on a shared basis. For a more private experience, exclusive vehicles are available at an additional cost.
• Guests who prefer a relaxed experience may opt out of the dune bashing and proceed directly to the desert camp upon request.
• Before the dune drive begins, there will be a brief 20–25 minute stop while your guide adjusts tire pressure for an optimal safari experience—feel free to stretch and relax.
• We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sports shoes. To avoid discomfort during dune bashing, it’s best not to eat 2–3 hours before the safari.
• As per UAE safety regulations, pregnant women, individuals with heart or back conditions, and children under the age of 3 are not permitted to participate in the dune bashing portion of shared tours.
• If you have any medical conditions or specific requirements, please contact our team in advance to customize your tour experience.
• Heritage Village Tourism LLC and VooTours is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the safari, at the camp, or throughout the tour.
• The supplier reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the program due to weather conditions, public holidays, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Our cancellation policy allows free cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount.
• Please note: During the Holy Month of Ramadan, live entertainment activities such as belly dance and music shows are not available in accordance with UAE regulations.

   The Heritage Village Desert Safari Dubai is a 6-hour premium desert experience that blends cultural traditions with luxury. It features red dune bashing, a Bedouin-style village, water lake view dining in private cabanas, live entertainment, and optional adventure activities like quad biking.

2. What’s included in the Premium Safari with Dinner – Water Lake View?
   This package includes hotel pickup/drop-off, dune bashing, a sunset photo stop, camel rides, henna painting, traditional costume photography, Arabic BBQ, buffet dinner, live shows, unlimited soft drinks, and a VIP private table with butler service.

3. How is the Classic Desert Safari different from the Premium Safari?
   The Classic Safari includes standard dune bashing, live entertainment, camel rides, and a self-service buffet dinner with Majlis-style seating. The Premium Safari offers a more luxurious experience with private dining setups, lake views, and VIP table service.

4. Are quad bikes or dune buggies included in the package?
   No, quad bikes and dune buggies are not included in the standard packages. They are available as optional add-ons and can be booked at the camp for an additional cost.

5. Is dune bashing mandatory during the safari?
   No. Guests who prefer a more relaxed experience can skip dune bashing and head straight to the Heritage Village camp upon request.

6. What live shows are performed during the safari?
   Guests can enjoy three spectacular live performances: Tanoura dance, a dramatic fire show, and a classic belly dance performance under the stars.

7. What is the dress code or recommended attire for the safari?
   We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sports shoes. Avoid eating 2–3 hours before the safari if participating in dune bashing to prevent motion sickness.

8. Is the safari suitable for children and families?
   Yes! This tour is family-friendly and ideal for couples and solo travelers as well. Children under 3 years are not allowed to participate in dune bashing, but can enjoy the camp experience.

9. Are there any health restrictions for the desert safari?
   Yes. Pregnant women, individuals with heart or back problems, and children under 3 years should not participate in dune bashing due to safety concerns. We recommend informing us in advance to customize your experience.

10. What is the cancellation policy?
    You can cancel up to 48 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip or no-shows will be charged in full.

11. Is alcohol served during the safari?
    Alcoholic beverages are not included in the package but are available at the camp’s licensed bar and are charged based on consumption.

12. What happens during Ramadan or public holidays?
    During the Holy Month of Ramadan and certain public holidays, live entertainment shows may be suspended in accordance with UAE law. The rest of the experience, including dining and activities, will still be available.
