• Clothing Recommendations: Summer attire is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets are recommended for the winter months.
• Sun Protection: High-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and hats are advisable when exposed to direct sunlight.
• Private Transport: Private transfers can be arranged upon request for all tours.
• Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, such as media equipment, wallets, and valuables, left in vehicles or at tour sites. Neither the drivers nor the tour guides will be held accountable.

• No-Show Charges: We reserve the right to apply 100% no-show charges if the guest fails to arrive on time for the pickup.

• Uncontrollable Circumstances: In the event of delays or cancellations due to traffic, vehicle breakdowns, weather, or delays caused by other guests, alternative options will be provided if possible.
• Missed Pick-Up: If the guest is not present on time and the vehicle departs from the pickup location, no alternative transfer will be arranged, and no refund will be issued for the missed tour.

The Heritage Desert Safari includes a 60-minute nature safari in a vintage Land Rover, a falconry show, a four-course Emirati dinner, camel rides, live cultural performances, and a warm Arabic welcome with coffee and dates. Guests also receive complimentary gifts such as a headscarf and a stainless steel water bottle.

 Is the Heritage Desert Safari suitable for children?
Yes, this safari is ideal for families. Children between 5–11 years are charged at a reduced rate. However, for children under 5 years old, a private car booking is required for safety.

What should I wear for the desert safari?
Wear light, comfortable clothing suitable for warm desert temperatures. Don’t forget to bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. If you’re visiting during winter (November–March), bring warm clothing for the cooler evenings.

Can dietary preferences or allergies be accommodated?
Yes, the four-course Emirati dinner can be tailored to accommodate dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, kosher-style, and gluten-free options. Guests are encouraged to inform the reservations team in advance.

What time does the desert safari start and end?
Hotel pick-up times vary between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM, depending on the season, with the safari ending between 9:30 PM and 11:30 PM. The total experience lasts approximately seven hours.

Are there restroom facilities available during the safari?
Yes, restroom facilities are available at the authentic Bedouin camp for your convenience.

Can I book a private car for the safari?
Absolutely. Guests can opt for a private car for a more exclusive experience. Private car bookings can accommodate up to 9 guests, with rates varying based on the number of participants.

Is the nature drive safe for pregnant women?
The nature drive is not recommended for guests who are more than six months pregnant due to the bumpy terrain of the desert.
