• Ramadan & Dry Days: In accordance with UAE government regulations, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be available during the Holy Month of Ramadan or on designated “Dry Days.” For specific dates or inquiries, please contact us at info@vootours.com.

Terms & Conditions

• Right to Amend: We reserve the absolute right to modify itineraries, adjust pricing, change routes, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. Such changes are primarily implemented to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Unused Services: Any portion of a tour package or specific inclusion that is not utilized by the guest is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or cash.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status, incurring a 100% cancellation fee. In these instances, no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be arranged.

• Departure Protocol: To maintain the schedule for all participants, our vehicles will depart promptly at the appointed time. If a guest is not present at the time of departure, VooTours is not responsible for arranging secondary transfers, and no refund will be issued for the missed tour.

• Operational Contingencies: Should a tour be altered or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical issues, or heavy traffic, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative service, subject to availability.

• Seating Assignments: For all shared transfers, seating is allocated by our drivers or tour guides based on current availability. Specific seating is only guaranteed for guests who have booked a private transfer.

• Estimated Timings: Pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. These schedules will be adjusted according to your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

Formula Rossa is the world’s fastest rollercoaster. It uses a hydraulic launch system to propel riders from 0 to 240 km/h in just 4.9 seconds, simulating the incredible G-force felt by Formula 1 drivers.

Are there rides for children who don’t like high speeds?

Absolutely! The Family Zone features miniature versions of the park’s most iconic rides, such as the Formula Rossa Junior and Flying Wings. There is also the Junior Training Camp where toddlers can enjoy interactive play and climbing.

What is the “Flying Aces” ride?

Flying Aces is a record-breaking coaster inspired by the legendary “ace of aces” pilot, Count Baracca. It features the world’s highest non-inverting loop and a super-steep 51-degree starting incline that will test even the bravest thrill-seekers.

Can I actually drive a Ferrari at the park?

While the rides simulate the experience, the park offers a Driving Experience (additional fee) where guests with a valid driver’s license can drive a real Ferrari around Yas Island with a professional instructor. For those without a license, the Scuderia Challenge simulators offer a hyper-realistic virtual racing experience.

Is the park entirely indoors?

 Yes, Ferrari World is housed under a massive, climate-controlled red roof, making it a perfect destination all year round. Only the tracks for the major rollercoasters briefly loop outside before returning to the indoor comfort.

What is the best way to avoid long queues?

We recommend upgrading to a Quick Pass. This add-on allows you to bypass the standard lines for most rides, ensuring you spend more time racing and less time waiting, especially during weekends and holidays.

 Is there a specific dress code for the rides?

We recommend comfortable, casual clothing. For safety reasons, closed-toe shoes are highly recommended. Loose items like scarves, hats, and flip-flops must be stored in lockers before boarding high-speed rides.

Can I visit multiple parks in one day?

Yes! With our 1 Day 2 Parks or 1 Day 3 Parks tickets, you can visit Ferrari World along with Warner Bros. World, Yas Waterworld, or SeaWorld Abu Dhabi on the same day.

How do I get to Ferrari World from my hotel?

• Religious & National Holidays: On Islamic occasions and National holidays, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be provided in accordance with local laws.

• Cultural Etiquette: Photography of UAE residents (especially ladies), military sites, and government buildings is strictly forbidden. Smoking in public areas is restricted, and littering is a legal offense that may result in fines.

• Identification Requirements: Some tours require an original Passport or Emirates ID. Please check the “Important Notes” of your booking; we are not responsible if entry is denied due to missing identification.

• Punctuality & No-Shows: To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, our vehicles depart promptly. If you miss your pick-up, it will be treated as a 100% No-Show, and no refund or alternative transfer will be issued.

• Unforeseen Delays: While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. In the event of a cancellation, we will provide alternative options where possible. No refunds are granted for partially used services.
