Procedure and Steps:

Book your E-Tickets online before visiting the EKart Zabeel Dubai Mall. Once you reach the Ekart Zabeel follow the below steps.

Step 1: Register
Register yourself to create a rider profile.
The profile will be saved and used for your future visits to EKart Zabeel.
Step 2: Book a session
Present your E-Ticket.
Step 3: Head over to the arena
The turnstiles to the arena open 30 minutes before the start of your session.
Enter the arena to begin induction.
Step 4: Gear up
You will be provided with an EKart jumpsuit and a locker.
Suit up and store your belongings in the locker.
Step 5: Attend the safety briefing
Your safety is the top priority at Ekart Zabeel.
Their trained staff will walk you through the rider requirements and the kart control functions so you know how to operate and maneuver it to have a safe, enjoyable ride.
Step 6: Go Karting
Time to hit the track.
Get in the e-kart and zoom your way through the session with family and friends.

Important Note:

A passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried during this activity.
Drivers must be at least 14 years old, 140 cm tall and weight less than 120 kg.
One session lasts approximately 8 minutes
All sessions include a safety briefing and the ability to record and share lap time
The race event also includes qualifying sessions before the actual race sessions
Helmets and jumpsuits are provided with every session
Do not wear loose clothes or open shoes if you intend to drive at Ekart
Wear enclosed footwear.
Ensure face and/or head covers provided are worn under their helmet to maintain hygiene.
Notify management of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to: neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy,or if pregnant.
Participate in the safety briefing prior to driving.
Follow the instructions of the track marshals.
Drivers are not allowed to drive while under the influence of a substance such as alcohol, medication or drugs that may impair driving ability.
Any participant driving dangerously will be removed from the race and no refund will be made.
Drivers are responsible for, and agree to pay for any damage to karts and equipment.
Glass containers or bottles are not allowed on the circuit.
Food and drinks are not allowed once participants enter the turnstiles.
Failing to abide by the code of conduct and instructions will result in the removal of the guest and no refund will be provided.
There will be no refund for partly utilized services and in case if the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge 100% no-show fee.

Timing: Weekdays 04:00 PM until 10:00 PM (Sunday to Wednesday)
Weekends: 04:00 PM until 12:00 AM (Thursday to Saturday)

How to Get There:

You can reach there Metro, Taxi or your own car.
You can also book our optional Private Two way Transfer at an additional cost.
The optional Private Two-way Transfer arrangement is only possible if your visiting time is after 12 or 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Minimum 2 Pax Required to Operate this Tour. If you are less then 2 Pax it is better to confirm before booking the tour.

Useful Information

Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & it is allotted by our tour manager.
The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we does not hold the responsibility.
The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
Having good quality sunglasses, sunscreen and hat are advisable when in direct sunlight.
Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
Leaving of your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your own responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
Children from 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in the water in any of the water activities
On Islamic occasions and National holidays the tour will not serve alcohol and there will be no live entertainment.
Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure / itinerary, the ‘Terms and Conditions’, Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings and installations, is strictly prohibited.
Littering is a punishable offence and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, we have mentioned this information in the important notes so please ensure that you read the important information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
We reserves the rights to charge 100% No show charges if guest is not turning up on time for the pick up.
No refund for partly utilized services.
Due to any uncontrollable circumstances i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances) if the tour gets delayed or cancelled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

- We reserves the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at its sole discretion, mainly if we deems it is vital for your safety or convenience.
- Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable.
- Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.
- Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, We will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.
- The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.
- Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.
- Coupon Codes can be redeemed only through online booking process.
- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if guest is not turning up on time for the pick up.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
