• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed instantly upon completion of the reservation.

• Guest Requirement: This tour requires a minimum of 2 guests to operate. If you are a solo traveler, please contact us at info@vootours.com before booking to check for availability.

• Abu Dhabi Transfers: Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are exclusive to hotels within Abu Dhabi. We kindly ask that you wait in your hotel lobby at the designated time.

• Health & Safety: For safety reasons, this tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with chronic back pain or related medical conditions.

• Ramadan & Dry Days: In accordance with UAE government regulations, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be available during the Holy Month of Ramadan or on designated “Dry Days.”

Useful Information

• Seating & Logistics: Seating is assigned by the Tour Manager based on availability. Please note that pick-up/drop-off times may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on your location and local traffic conditions.

• Dress Code: Lightweight summer clothing is recommended year-round. However, we suggest carrying a sweater or jacket during the winter months (October – March).

• Sun Protection: To ensure your comfort, we highly recommend bringing high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat for outdoor activities.

• Personal Belongings: Please keep your valuables (wallets, cameras, electronics) with you at all times. VooTours and its staff are not responsible for items left in vehicles or at tour sites.

• Strollers & Extra Gear: Strollers are only permitted if requested during the booking process. Please inform us in advance to ensure vehicle space.

• Child Safety: Children aged 3 to 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times during water-based activities.

• Photography Etiquette: Photography of government buildings, military sites, and local residents (especially women) is strictly prohibited.

• Local Laws: Littering and smoking in public areas are punishable offenses in the UAE and may result in heavy fines.

• Mandatory Documents: Always check the “Important Notes” section of your tour. If a Passport or Emirates ID is required and not presented, you may miss the tour without a refund.

• No-Show & Refund Policy: * Failure to arrive on time for pick-up will result in a 100% no-show fee.

  • No refunds are provided for partly utilized services.

  • If the tour is delayed or canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances (weather, traffic, or mechanical issues), we will offer an alternative date or option where possible.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Right to Modify: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, adjust routes, or modify pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel a tour at our sole discretion, particularly if it is deemed essential for guest safety or operational convenience.

• Unused Services: Any inclusions within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.

• No-Show Policy: * Guests who fail to arrive at the designated pick-up point at the scheduled time will be classified as a “No-Show.”

  • In the event of a no-show, VooTours reserves the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee.

  • If the vehicle departs after the scheduled waiting time, no alternative transfers or refunds will be provided.

• Force Majeure & Service Disruptions: Should a tour be altered or canceled due to adverse weather, vehicle mechanical issues, or significant traffic delays, VooTours will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.

• Seating Policy: * For shared transfers, seating arrangements are based on availability and are managed by the driver or tour guide.

  • Specific seats cannot be reserved in advance except in the case of Private Transfers.

• Timing Accuracy: All pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. Actual timings may vary based on your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Promotion Codes: Discount or coupon codes are only valid when redeemed through our official online booking process.

• Contractual Agreement: By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms as part of your service contract with VooTours.

Where is EKart Zabeel located?

EKart Zabeel is located on the 9th floor (Rooftop) of the Dubai Mall Zabeel Extension. You can access it via the cinema parking or the Zabeel link bridge from the main mall.

What are the age and height requirements?

To drive at EKart Zabeel, all participants must be at least 14 years old, have a minimum height of 140 cm, and weigh no more than 120 kg.

Do I need any prior driving experience?

Not at all! Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, the experience is designed for everyone. Our staff provides a full safety briefing and instructions on how to operate the karts before you hit the track.

What should I wear for the activity?

You must wear enclosed footwear (sneakers or trainers). Loose clothing should be avoided, and long hair must be tied back. We provide professional racing jumpsuits to wear over your clothes.

How long does a single session last?

A standard session includes approximately 8 minutes of track time. However, we recommend allowing at least 60 minutes for the entire experience, including registration, suiting up, and the safety briefing.

Can I bring my own helmet or gear?

For safety and hygiene, we provide high-quality, sanitized helmets and racing suits. You are required to wear the head covers provided by us under your helmet for hygiene purposes.

Is it an indoor or outdoor track?

EKart Zabeel is an outdoor rooftop track. It offers a unique open-air racing experience with incredible views of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai skyline.

Do I need to bring my ID?

Yes, a valid Emirates ID or Passport is mandatory for all participants. You will need this to register your rider profile.

Is there a place to store my belongings?

Yes, we provide secure lockers where you can store your bags, phones, and other personal items while you are on the track.

What happens if I miss my session?

Tickets are non-refundable and valid only for the scheduled time. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to ensure you complete registration and the safety briefing on time.
