• Transfer Service: Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are exclusively available from Abu Dhabi hotels. We kindly ask that you be ready in your hotel lobby at the scheduled time.

• Health & Safety Advisory: For your well-being, this experience is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with chronic back conditions.

• Ramadan & Dry Days: In compliance with UAE government regulations, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be provided during the Holy Month of Ramadan or on designated “Dry Days.” For specific dates and details, please reach out to us at info@vootours.com.

Terms & Conditions

• Right to Modify: We reserve the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. Such changes are typically made to prioritize guest safety or operational convenience.

• Unused Services: Any inclusions or activities within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up location on time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status, incurring a 100% charge. In these instances, no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be provided.

• Operational Contingencies: If a tour is modified or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical issues, or traffic conditions, we will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.

• Seating Allocation: For all shared transfers, seating is determined by the driver or tour guide based on availability. Specific seat requests are only guaranteed for those booking private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: Pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. Actual timings will be adjusted based on your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Promo Codes: Discount or coupon codes are valid only when redeemed during the online booking process and cannot be applied after a booking is completed.

• Departure Protocol: To maintain the schedule for all participants, vehicles will depart at the designated time. If a guest is not present and the vehicle departs, VooTours is not responsible for arranging secondary transfers or issuing refunds.

What is Dubai Safari Park?

Dubai Safari Park is a massive, eco-friendly wildlife sanctuary home to over 2,500 animals from around the world. It is divided into unique zones like the African, Asian, and Arabian Villages, offering an educational and immersive safari experience.

Where is the park located?

The park is located in Al Warqa 5, on the Dubai-Hatta Road. It is easily accessible by car or through private transfers arranged via VooTours.

What is included in the Safari Village Drive-Through?

This is the park’s “crown jewel” experience. You’ll board a comfortable, guided bus to travel through open enclosures where you can see hippos, cheetahs, tigers, and a baboon canyon containing over 70 animals.

Is the park suitable for children?

Yes! The park is very family-friendly. It features a dedicated Kids Farm where children can learn about domestic animals and an “Al Wadi” area for relaxing between village tours.

How long does it take to see the whole park?

To enjoy all six zones, the drive-through safari, and the live theater shows, we recommend planning for a visit of at least 4 to 5 hours.

Are there live shows at Dubai Safari Park?

Yes. There are five daily shows held at the Wadi Theater and the Safari Theater. These shows focus on the natural behaviors of birds and other wildlife and are included in your entry ticket.

Is there a lot of walking involved?

While the Arabian Village is explored by tram and the Explorer Village by bus, the African and Asian Villages require walking to view the exhibits. We highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes.

Can I bring my own food into the park?

Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted. However, the park has several themed cafes and restaurants located in the various villages and the Al Wadi area.

What should I wear for the safari?

 Lightweight, breathable summer clothing is best for most of the year. If you are visiting during the winter months or for an early morning start, a light jacket is recommended. Don’t forget your hat and sunglasses!

• Recommended Attire: Lightweight summer clothing is ideal for most of the year. However, we suggest bringing a sweater or jacket during the cooler winter months.

• Sun Safety: To protect yourself from direct sunlight, we strongly advise wearing high-quality sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen.

• Private Options: Tailored private transportation can be arranged for any tour upon request.

• Personal Belongings: You are solely responsible for your valuables (cameras, wallets, electronics). VooTours and our staff are not liable for any items left in vehicles or at tour sites.

• Stroller Policy: Strollers are not permitted inside tour vehicles unless pre-arranged. Please notify us at the time of booking.

• Child Safety: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times during water-based activities.

• Religious & National Holidays: On Islamic occasions and UAE national holidays, live entertainment and alcohol service will be suspended.

• Photography Restrictions: It is strictly prohibited to photograph UAE residents (specifically ladies), military sites, or government installations.

• Public Etiquette: Smoking is restricted in public areas, and littering is a legal offense that may result in heavy fines.

• Mandatory Identification: Some tours require your original Passport or Emirates ID. Please check the “Important Notes” section carefully, as we cannot be held responsible if you miss a tour due to missing ID.

• Punctuality: To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, our vehicles depart on time. A 100% no-show charge applies if you are late, and no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.

• Service & Refunds: No refunds will be issued for partially used services.

• Unforeseen Delays: In the event of delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues, we will strive to provide alternative options whenever possible.
