• Identification: It is mandatory to carry your original Passport or Emirates ID for this excursion.

• Age Restrictions: * Participants must be at least 10 years old.

  • For safety reasons, children under 10 are not permitted to join this specific activity.

  • Minors (ages 10–17) must be accompanied by a parent or a supervising adult.

• Swim Skills: While no prior experience is needed, all participants must be able to swim or tread water confidently.

• Personal Gear: Please bring your own swimwear and towels, as these are not provided on board.

Useful Information

• Transportation & Timing: * Pickup and drop-off times are estimates and may vary by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic and your specific location.

  • Seating for shared transfers is managed by our tour coordinator and is subject to availability.

  • Private Transfers: Can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

• Safety & Supervision: * Valuables: Your personal belongings (cameras, wallets, etc.) are your sole responsibility. VooTours is not liable for any loss or damage.

  • Child Safety: Children aged 3–12 must be accompanied in the water by an adult at all times during water activities.

  • Strollers: Strollers are not permitted in tour vehicles unless requested and confirmed at the time of booking.

• Dress Code & Weather: * Light summer clothing is recommended year-round, though a jacket or sweater is advised for the winter months.

  • High-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat are essential for protection against direct sunlight.

• Cultural Awareness & Laws: * Holidays: Alcohol and live entertainment are not permitted during Islamic occasions and National holidays per UAE law.

  • Photography: It is strictly prohibited to photograph UAE residents (especially women), military sites, or government buildings.

  • Conduct: Smoking in public and littering are illegal; violators may face government fines.

Terms and Conditions

• No-Show Policy: We enforce a 100% no-show fee for guests who are not ready at the scheduled pickup time. If the vehicle departs, no alternative transport or refund will be provided.

• Refunds: There are no refunds for services that are only partially utilized.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: VooTours is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues. In such cases, we will attempt to offer alternative arrangements where possible.

• Contractual Agreement: By completing your booking, you agree to the terms outlined in the tour brochure, itinerary, and full Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

1. Rights to Modify and Cancel

• Operational Discretion: VooTours reserves the absolute right to modify itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at any time. Such changes are made at our sole discretion, primarily when deemed essential for guest safety or convenience.

• Alternative Arrangements: Should a tour be canceled or modified due to adverse weather, mechanical issues, or significant traffic disruptions, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative, subject to availability.

2. Punctuality and No-Show Policy

• No-Show Classification: Guests must arrive at the designated pickup point exactly at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in being classified as a “No-Show.”

• Fees and Departures: We reserve the right to apply a 100% no-show fee. Once the vehicle departs from the pickup location, no alternative transportation or financial refund will be provided for the missed tour.

3. Transport and Seating

• Seating Allocation: For all shared tours, seating is assigned by the driver or tour guide based on availability. Specific seat requests are not guaranteed except in the case of private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: Pickup and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. Actual schedules will be adjusted based on your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.

4. Refunds and Promotions

• Unused Services: Any inclusions or activities within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.

• Coupon Codes: Promotional codes and coupons are valid only when redeemed through our official online booking process at the time of purchase.
