• Instant Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation immediately upon reservation.

• Minimum Requirement: A minimum of 2 guests is required for this tour to operate. Solo travelers are encouraged to contact us to confirm availability before booking.

• Transfer Location: Pick-up and drop-off services apply only to Abu Dhabi hotels. We kindly ask guests to wait in the hotel lobby.

• Health Restrictions: This experience is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with chronic back issues.

• Ramadan & Religious Holidays: In accordance with government guidelines, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be served during the Holy Month of Ramadan or on “Dry Days.” For specific dates, please email us at info@vootours.com.

Terms & Conditions

• Right to Modify: We reserve the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. Such changes are typically made to prioritize guest safety or operational convenience.

• Unused Services: Any inclusions or activities within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up location on time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status, incurring a 100% charge. In these instances, no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be provided.

• Operational Contingencies: If a tour is modified or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical issues, or traffic conditions, we will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.

• Seating Allocation: For all shared transfers, seating is determined by the driver or tour guide based on availability. Specific seat requests are only guaranteed for those booking private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: Pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. Actual timings will be adjusted based on your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Promo Codes: Discount or coupon codes are valid only when redeemed during the online booking process and cannot be applied after a booking is completed.

• Departure Protocol: To maintain the schedule for all participants, vehicles will depart at the designated time. If a guest is not present and the vehicle departs, VooTours is not responsible for arranging secondary transfers or issuing refunds.

• Seating & Logistics: Seats for all shared transfers are allocated by our tour manager based on availability.

• Flexible Timing: Pick-up and drop-off times are estimates and may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic, your location, or the daily schedule.

• Government Mandates: Certain inclusions may be closed on weekends or specific holidays due to government regulations; VooTours is not responsible for these closures.

• Attire & Sun Protection: Lightweight summer clothing is recommended for most of the year, though a jacket or sweater is advised for winter months. Please bring quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat for sun protection.

• Private Options: Tailored private transportation can be arranged for any tour upon request.

• Valuables: You are solely responsible for your personal belongings (cameras, wallets, etc.). VooTours and our staff are not liable for any items left in vehicles or at tour sites.

• Stroller Policy: Strollers are not permitted in vehicles without prior notice. Please inform us during the reservation process.

• Child Supervision: Children aged 3 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during water-based activities.

• Photography Etiquette: It is strictly prohibited to photograph UAE residents (especially ladies), military sites, or government buildings.

• Public Conduct: Smoking in public areas and littering are prohibited; littering may result in significant fines.

• Identification: Some tours require an original Passport or Emirates ID. Please check your “Important Information” carefully, as we cannot be held responsible for missed tours due to missing IDs.

• Attendance & Punctuality: A 100% no-show charge applies if a guest is not ready at the scheduled time. If the vehicle departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.

• Unforeseeable Delays: While no refunds are issued for partially used services, we will strive to provide alternative options if a tour is delayed or canceled due to traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.

What exactly is KidZania?

KidZania is an interactive, 7,000m² “mini-city” where children can role-play over 60 real-life professions. From being a doctor or a firefighter to a chef or a pilot, it’s designed to blend education with entertainment (edutainment).

Where is KidZania located in Dubai Mall?

 You can find KidZania on Level 2 of Dubai Mall, near Reel Cinemas and the food court in the Downtown Dubai area.

What are “KidZos” and how do they work?

 KidZos are the official currency of KidZania. Children earn them by “working” at different jobs. They can then use their earnings to buy products or pay for services within the city, or even open a bank account to save them for future visits.

Can adults enter KidZania alone?

 No. To ensure a safe environment for children, adults (aged 17+) are not permitted to enter KidZania unless they are accompanying a child. Similarly, children cannot enter the city without an accompanying adult.

Is there a height or age limit for the activities?

Most activities are designed for children aged 4 to 16. However, there are dedicated areas for toddlers (ages 2–3). Children under 120cm must be accompanied by an adult inside the city at all times.

Can I leave my child at KidZania and go shopping?

If your child is over 120cm tall, you may check them in and go shopping within Dubai Mall. However, children under 120cm must have an adult with them inside the city at all times.

How long should we plan to stay?

 Most families spend between 3 to 5 hours at KidZania. Each role-playing activity typically lasts about 20–30 minutes, and with over 60 activities to choose from, there is plenty to explore!

Is there a dress code?

There is no strict dress code, but we recommend comfortable closed-toe shoes and casual clothing, as children will be moving around, climbing, and putting on various “work uniforms” like lab coats or fire jackets.

Can we bring our own food?

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside KidZania. However, there are several kid-friendly dining outlets within the city, including a pizzeria where kids can even make their own meals!
