• Seating Arrangement: Seating for all transfers is based on availability and will be assigned by your tour manager, driver, or guide.

• Timing: The pick-up and drop-off times listed on the website are approximate. The actual transfer time may vary by 30 to 60 minutes and is subject to change based on the overall trip schedule, traffic conditions, and your location.

• Punctuality/No Show: Guests who are not present on time for the pick-up will be considered a No-Show. We reserve the right to charge 100% No-Show fees. If our vehicle departs due to the guest’s delay, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided for the missed tour.

• Unforeseen Delays: If the tour is delayed or canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., severe traffic, vehicle breakdowns, weather, or delays by other guests), we will make every effort to provide alternate options, if feasible.

II. Liability and Logistics

• Unused Services: There will be no refund for services that are only partially utilized.

• Personal Belongings: You are solely responsible for your personal items (media equipment, wallets, valuables) left in our vehicles or at tour sites. Our staff is not responsible for any lost belongings.

• Mandatory ID: Certain tours require your original passport or Emirates ID. This is mentioned in the important notes; we are not responsible if you miss a tour where valid ID is mandatory.

• Strollers: Strollers are not permitted inside vehicles unless you inform us at the time of making the reservation.

• Private Transport: Private transportation arrangements can be organized for any tour upon request.

III. Local Laws and Tour Conditions

• Inclusion Availability: Some of the mentioned inclusions may be closed on weekends or specific days due to government norms, for which we do not hold responsibility.

• Cultural/Religious Observance: On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol or feature live entertainment, in adherence to local regulations.

• Prohibited Photography: Photography of UAE residents (especially ladies), military institutions, government buildings, and installations is strictly prohibited.

• Public Conduct: Littering is a punishable offense that may result in fines. Smoking is not allowed inside public areas.

IV. Health, Safety, and Dress Code

• Water Activity Safety: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in the water during any water activities.

• Dress Code: Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year. Sweaters or jackets are recommended for the cooler winter months.

• Sun Protection: We advise bringing good quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat when exposed to direct sunlight.

V. Booking Contract

• Contract Acceptance: By completing the booking, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and understood the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the ‘Terms and Conditions’, Price Grid, and any other applicable documents, as all these form part of your contract with us.

• Transfer Services: You can select either a Sharing or Private transfer option for this tour activity, depending on your booking preference.

• Pick-up Locations: Pick-up service is complimentary only from City Center Hotels. Transfers from areas outside the City Center can be arranged upon request but will incur an additional surcharge.

• Site Availability: Please note that on specific days or weekends, some scheduled locations may be closed for visits. We hold no responsibility for such closures, and no compensation will be provided.

• Itinerary Overview:

If a tour is canceled or significantly altered due to unforeseen issues like bad weather, vehicle breakdown, or severe traffic, we will make every sincere effort to arrange an alternative service with similar options, subject to availability.

No. Any unused inclusions or components within a booked tour package are strictly non-refundable.
