  • Private Options: Exclusive private transport can be arranged for all tours upon request.

• Guest Responsibilities:

  • Identification: Ensure you carry your original Passport or Emirates ID if specified in the tour notes. We cannot be held responsible for missed tours due to missing identification.

  • Personal Property: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables. VooTours and its staff are not liable for any lost or damaged electronics, wallets, or personal items left in vehicles or at sites.

  • Strollers: Due to vehicle space, strollers are only permitted if requested and confirmed at the time of booking.

• Safety & Local Etiquette:

  • Child Supervision: Children (ages 3–12) must be accompanied by an adult at all times during any water-based activities.

  • Photography: It is strictly prohibited to photograph military installations, government buildings, or UAE residents (specifically women).

  • Prohibitions: Smoking in public spaces and littering are illegal and punishable by government fines.

• Preparation & Attire:

  • Clothing: Lightweight summer wear is ideal year-round, though a jacket or sweater is recommended for the cooler winter months.

  • Sun Protection: We strongly advise bringing high-quality sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for all outdoor excursions.

• Operational Policies:

  • No-Show Policy: A 100% charge applies for late arrivals. If the guest is not present and the vehicle departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.

  • Force Majeure: VooTours is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. We will offer alternative arrangements whenever possible.

  • Refunds: No refunds or credits are issued for partially used services.

Terms and Conditions

1. Operational Rights & Modifications

• Right to Amend: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. These changes are primarily made to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: Should a tour be modified or canceled due to adverse weather, vehicle maintenance, or significant traffic disruptions, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative, subject to availability.

2. Punctuality and No-Show Policy

• Strict Departure: Guests must arrive at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show.”

• Fees & Missed Transfers: We reserve the right to apply a 100% no-show charge. Once the vehicle departs from the pickup location, no alternative transportation will be arranged, and no refunds or reimbursements will be issued for the missed tour.

3. Transport and Seating

• Seating Allocation: For all shared transfers, seating is managed by the driver or tour guide based on daily availability. Specific seat requests are not guaranteed, except in the case of private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: Pickup and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate and are subject to adjustment based on your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Promotions

• Non-Refundable Inclusions: Any portion of a tour package or specific inclusion that is not utilized by the guest is strictly non-refundable.

• Coupon Redemption: Promotional discount codes are valid only when redeemed during the official online booking process at the time of purchase.

What is the difference between Dubai Creek and Dubai Marina cruises?

Dubai Creek is the historic heart of the city. While the Marina features modern skyscrapers, the Creek cruise offers a look at “Old Dubai,” featuring traditional wind towers, heritage villages, and the authentic trading port atmosphere that started the city’s journey.

What landmarks will I see during the cruise?

You will glide past iconic sites such as the Rolex Twin Towers, the Heritage Village, the Abra Stations, the National Bank of Dubai, and the Chamber of Commerce, all beautifully illuminated against the night sky.

 Is there a specific dress code?

We recommend Smart Casual. While there isn’t a strict formal requirement, many guests dress up for the occasion. During the winter months, we highly suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket for the open-air upper deck.

What kind of food is served in the 4-star buffet?

Our international buffet includes a wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. You can expect traditional Middle Eastern appetizers, global main courses, and a selection of desserts, along with unlimited soft drinks and water.

Is the cruise suitable for families with young children?

Absolutely! The Dhow Cruise is a family-friendly experience. Infants under 4 years old join for free, though we ask that you mention them at the time of booking to ensure proper seating.

Does the price include hotel pickup and drop-off?

The base price covers the cruise and dinner. Hotel transfer services are available for an additional surcharge. If you select the transfer option, pickups generally begin between 19:00 and 19:30.

Can I bring my own alcohol or buy it on board?

No. In accordance with our 4-star service standards and local regulations, no alcoholic beverages are served or permitted on the dhow cruise.

What kind of entertainment is provided?

Guests will enjoy a curated mix of Arabic and international background music, along with a mesmerizing live Tanura dance performance, a traditional folk dance involving a spinning performer in a colorful, weighted skirt.

Are there restrictions during Ramadan or Islamic holidays?

Yes. Per UAE government law, live entertainment and music are not permitted during the Holy Month of Ramadan and other religious holidays. The dinner and cruise operate as usual, offering a more peaceful “dry” experience.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance (excluding transfer charges). Cancellations made within 48 hours or “No-Shows” are subject to a 100% charge.
