• Transfers & Logistics:

  • Punctuality: We recommend being ready at least 15 minutes early. If a guest is late and the vehicle departs, no alternative transport or refund will be provided.

  • Schedule Variance: Pickup and drop-off times are estimates and may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic or route adjustments.

  • Seating: Transfer seating is assigned by our tour manager based on daily availability.

• Safety & Guest Conduct:

  • Child Safety: Children aged 3–12 must be supervised by an adult at all times during any water-based activities.

  • Personal Belongings: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables. VooTours is not liable for any items left in vehicles or at the tour site.

  • Strollers: Due to space constraints, strollers are only permitted in vehicles if requested and confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Prohibitions: Smoking is restricted to designated areas, and littering is a punishable offense. Photography of military sites, government buildings, and UAE residents (specifically women) is strictly prohibited.

• Required Documentation:

  • Please ensure you carry your original Passport or Emirates ID if specified in your tour notes. We cannot be held responsible for missed tours due to missing identification.

• Dress Code & Protection:

  • Light summer clothing is suitable for most of the year; however, a jacket or sweater is recommended for the cooler winter months.

  • We strongly advise using high-quality sunscreen, sunglasses, and hats for sun protection.

• Service Rights:

  • Force Majeure: Delays or cancellations caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues are beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer alternative options where possible.

  • Closures: Certain inclusions may be closed on weekends or holidays per government norms; no refunds are provided for these external changes.

  • Refunds: No refunds are issued for partially used services or no-shows.

Terms and Conditions

1. Operational Modifications & Cancellations

• Right to Amend: VooTours reserves the absolute right to modify itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. These changes are primarily made to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of cancellations or changes caused by adverse weather, vehicle maintenance, or significant traffic disruptions, we will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.

2. Punctuality and No-Show Policy

• Strict Departure Times: Guests must be present at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time. Failure to arrive on time will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show.”

• Fees and Transfers: We reserve the right to apply a 100% no-show charge. Once the vehicle has departed from the pickup location, no alternative transportation will be arranged, and no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted for the missed tour.

3. Transport and Seating

• Seating Allocation: For all shared tours, seating is assigned by our drivers or tour guides based on daily availability. Specific seat requests are not guaranteed, except in the case of private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: Pickup and drop-off times provided on our website are approximate. Actual timings will be adjusted based on your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Promotions

• Non-Refundable Services: Any portion of a tour package or specific inclusion that is not utilized by the guest is strictly non-refundable.

• Coupon Redemption: Promotional discount codes are valid only when applied during the official online booking process.

What landmarks will I see during the cruise?

You will sail through the heart of the world’s largest man-made marina, offering spectacular views of the twisting Cayan Tower, the JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence) skyline, luxury five-star hotels, and the Dubai Marina Mall.

Is there a specific dress code for the dinner cruise?

We recommend Smart Casual attire. While the atmosphere is relaxed, it is a 5-star experience. During the winter months, we suggest bringing a light jacket or shawl for the open-air upper deck as it can be breezy on the water.

What is included in the international buffet?

Our 5-star buffet features a wide variety of international vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies, including live-grilled barbecue specialties, fresh salads, and global flavors to suit every palate.

What kind of live entertainment is provided?

The highlight of our entertainment is the traditional Tanura dance performance, a captivating Sufi folk dance. The evening is also accompanied by soft atmospheric background music to enhance the dining experience.

Can I choose between indoor and outdoor seating?

Yes! Our dhow features a climate-controlled lower deck for an intimate, indoor meal and an open-air upper deck for 360-degree panoramic views of the skyline. You are free to move between decks to enjoy the scenery.

Does the price include hotel pickup and drop-off?

Hotel transfers are included if the transfer option is selected during booking. Please note that some special promotional deals may exclude this service, so be sure to check your booking details.

Is alcohol served on board?

No. Our cruise maintains a family-friendly environment and alcoholic beverages are not served or permitted on the dhow cruise.

Are there any restrictions during Ramadan or religious holidays?

Yes. In accordance with UAE government guidelines, live entertainment and music will not be available during the Holy Month of Ramadan and other designated dry days.

Is the dhow accessible for families with infants?

Absolutely! Infants under 3 years old join free of charge (must be accompanied by an adult). The dhow is also equipped with separate restroom facilities for men and women for your convenience.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. However, if you are not present at the scheduled pickup time (No-Show), a 100% charge applies, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
