• Right to Amend: We reserve the absolute right to modify itineraries, adjust routes, update pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. Such changes are primarily made to ensure guest safety or operational convenience.
• Unused Inclusions: No refunds will be issued for any part of a tour package or inclusion that is not utilized by the guest.
• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Failure to do so will result in being marked as a “No-Show,” carrying a 100% cancellation charge. In such cases, no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be provided.
• Operational Contingencies: If a tour is altered or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical failure, or heavy traffic, we will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.
• Seating Assignments: Seats are allocated by our drivers or tour guides based on availability. Specific seating is only guaranteed for those booking private transfers.
• Estimated Timings: All pick-up and drop-off times provided on our website are approximate. These schedules are subject to change based on your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.
• Voucher & Coupon Usage: Promotional coupon codes are valid only when redeemed during the online booking process and cannot be applied retroactively.

Absolutely! Splasher’s Island is a dedicated area designed specifically for younger children and toddlers, featuring shallow pools, mini-slides, and climbing frames. Infants aged 2 and under enter for free.

What is the dress code for the water park?

Proper swimwear is mandatory. For safety and hygiene, you cannot wear cotton clothes, abayas, or long flowing garments on the slides. If you are unsure, swimwear is available for purchase at the park’s retail shops.

Does my ticket include access to the beach?

Yes! Your Aquaventure entry ticket includes full-day access to the 700-meter private Atlantis beach, where you can relax on white sands and enjoy views of the Arabian Gulf.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Are lockers and towels provided?

 Lockers and towels are available for rent at the park entrance for an additional fee. We recommend renting a locker to keep your valuables, such as phones and wallets, secure while you enjoy the rides.
