Accuracy of Information: To ensure a seamless transfer, please provide precise pick-up locations and flight details at the time of booking.
Exclusive/Private Transfers: Pick-up services are available starting from 6:00 AM.
Sharing Transfers: Scheduled pick-ups begin at 6:00 AM and proceed every two hours thereafter.
Child Policy: * Child rates apply to ages 3 to 10 years.
- Infants under 3 years travel free of charge, provided they do not occupy a separate seat. If a seat is required for an infant, standard child rates will apply.

Terms & Conditions

Right to Amend: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. Such changes are typically made to ensure guest safety or convenience.
Unused Services: Any inclusions within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.
Punctuality & No-Show Policy: * Guests are required to be at the designated pick-up point on time. Failure to do so will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show.”
- In the event of a No-Show, VooTours reserves the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee.
- If a guest is not present at the appointed time and the vehicle departs, no alternative transportation or refund will be provided.
Service Contingencies: Should a booking be altered or cancelled due to force majeure, including but not limited to adverse weather, mechanical vehicle issues, or significant traffic delays, VooTours will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.
Seating Policy: For all shared transfers, seating is allocated based on availability and is managed by the driver or tour guide. This policy does not apply to private transfers.
Scheduling: All pick-up and drop-off timings listed on our website are approximate. Actual timings will be adjusted based on your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.
Promotions: Coupon codes and promotional discounts are valid only when redeemed during the official online booking process.

Seating & Logistics: Seating arrangements for all transfers are managed by our tour coordinator based on real-time availability.
Schedule Flexibility: Pick-up and drop-off timings are approximate and may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes due to traffic conditions, your specific location, or updated trip schedules.
Government Regulations: Certain inclusions may be unavailable on weekends or public holidays per government norms; VooTours is not liable for these mandatory closures.
What to Wear: Lightweight summer clothing is ideal for most of the year. We recommend a light jacket or sweater during the winter months (November–March).
Sun Protection: For your comfort, we highly recommend wearing high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat when outdoors.
Private Arrangements: Customized private transport is available for all tours upon request.
Personal Belongings: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables (wallets, media equipment, etc.). VooTours, including our drivers and guides, cannot be held liable for items left in vehicles or at tour sites.
Strollers: To ensure adequate space, strollers are not permitted inside vehicles unless mentioned at the time of reservation.
Supervision: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times during water-based activities.
Dry Days & Holidays: During Islamic occasions and UAE National holidays, live entertainment and alcohol service will be unavailable across all tours.
Local Laws & Etiquette: * Photography: It is strictly prohibited to photograph military installations, government buildings, and local residents (especially ladies) without express permission.
- Public Conduct: Smoking in public areas and littering are punishable offenses and may result in heavy fines.
Identification: Certain tours require your original passport or Emirates ID. Please review the “Important Notes” section of your tour; VooTours is not responsible for missed tours due to a lack of valid identification.
Cancellations & No-Shows: * A 100% “No-Show” charge applies if a guest is not at the pick-up point at the designated time.
- If the vehicle departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.
- Partially utilized services are non-refundable.
Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of delays or cancellations caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues, VooTours will provide alternative options where possible.
