• Seating Policy: Seating arrangements for all transfers are determined by availability and will be allocated by our tour manager.

• Transfer Timing: The published pick-up/drop-off times are approximate and may be adjusted based on the trip schedule, traffic conditions, and your specific location. Please note that the actual transfer timing may vary by up to 30 to 60 minutes from the time listed on the website.

• Strollers: Strollers are not permitted inside the vehicles without prior notification. Please inform us when making your reservation if you plan to bring one.

• Private Transport: Private transport options can be arranged for all tours upon request.

What to Wear & Bring

• Dress Code: Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but we recommend bringing sweaters or light jackets during the winter months.

• Sun Protection: It is advisable to have quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat when exposed to direct sunlight.

Rules, Regulations & Contract

• Mandatory Documents: Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID. This is mentioned in the important notes section; failure to present the mandatory ID will result in missing the tour, for which we are not responsible.

• Photography Restriction: Photography is strictly prohibited for UAE residents (especially ladies), military institutions, government buildings, and installations.

• Conduct: Littering is a punishable offense and may incur fines. Smoking is not allowed in public areas.

• Contractual Agreement: By making a booking, you agree to and are bound by the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the ‘Terms and Conditions’, and the Price Grid.

Liability, Refunds & Cancellations

• No-Show Policy: If a guest fails to arrive on time for pick-up and our vehicle departs, it will be considered a no-show. No alternative transfer will be arranged, and no refund will be provided. We reserve the right to charge 100% No-Show charges in this situation.

• Uncontrollable Circumstances: If a tour is delayed or canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., traffic, vehicle breakdowns, delays by other guests, weather), we will provide alternative options whenever possible.

• Partially Used Services: There are no refunds for services that are paid for but only partially utilized by the guest.

• Personal Belongings: Leaving personal belongings (media equipment, wallets, valuable items) in our vehicles or at tour sites is solely your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides are not liable for their loss.

Operational & Seasonal Notes

• Facility Closures: We are not responsible for certain included facilities that may be closed on weekends or specific days due to government norms.

• Islamic/National Holidays: During Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol and there will be no live entertainment, as per regulatory guidelines.

• Water Activities (Children): Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult while participating in any water activities

1. Operations and Service Discretion

• Right to Modify/Cancel: We reserve the sole and complete right to reschedule the itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or cancel any tour whenever deemed necessary for the safety or convenience of our guests.

• Weather and Vehicle Issues: Should a tour be canceled or altered due to poor weather, vehicle issues, or traffic problems, we will make every sincere effort to arrange an alternative service or similar options, subject to availability.

• Approximate Timings: Pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate estimates and may be adjusted based on your specific location and prevailing traffic conditions.

3. Non-Refundable Items and No-Shows

• Non-Refundable Inclusions: Any tour components or inclusions that are paid for but remain unused by the guest are non-refundable.

• No-Show Policy (Punctuality): Guests failing to arrive on time at the designated pick-up point will be classified as a no-show. In such instances, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the tour fee, and no reimbursement or alternative transfer will be provided for the missed tour.

What is the difference between Non-Prime Hours and Prime Hours?

Prime Hours (typically 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM) are the time slots with higher demand, often for sunset viewing, and tickets for these times are usually priced higher than Non-Prime Hours.

It is The View Exhibition, a pre-deck experience featuring interactive aquarium tunnels and floor mapping dedicated to the vision, history, and engineering of the Palm Jumeirah.

What other amenities are in The Palm Tower?

The Palm Tower houses The View, the AURA SkyPool Lounge (Level 50), the SUSHISAMBA restaurant (Level 51), and The St. Regis Dubai – The Palm hotel.
