• Minimum Participant Policy: This tour requires at least 2 guests to operate. If you are a solo traveler, please contact us to verify availability before booking.

• Abu Dhabi Transfers: Pick-up and drop-off services are exclusively available for hotels within Abu Dhabi. We kindly ask that you wait in your hotel lobby at the designated time.

• Health Advisory: This experience is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with chronic back pain or spinal conditions.

• Ramadan & Dry Days: Per UAE government regulations, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be served during the Holy Month of Ramadan or on designated “Dry Days.” For specific inquiries, please contact us at info@vootours.com.

Terms & Conditions

• Right to Amend: We reserve the absolute right to modify itineraries, change routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. Such changes are primarily implemented to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Unused Services: Any inclusions within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status, incurring a 100% cancellation fee. In such cases, no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be arranged.

• Departure Protocol: To maintain the schedule for all participants, our vehicles will depart at the appointed time. If a guest is not present at the time of departure, VooTours will not arrange for an alternative transfer, and no refund will be provided for the missed tour.

• Operational Contingencies: Should a tour be altered or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical issues, or heavy traffic, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative service, subject to availability.

• Seating Assignments: For all shared transfers, seating is allocated by our drivers or tour guides based on current availability. Specific seating requests are only guaranteed for guests who have booked a private transfer.

• Estimated Timings: Pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate and will be adjusted based on your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Promotional Codes: Coupon and discount codes are valid only when redeemed during the initial online booking process and cannot be applied retroactively.

• Seating & Logistics: Seats for all shared transfers are subject to availability and will be assigned by our tour manager.

• Flexible Timing: Pick-up and drop-off schedules are approximate and may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic, your location, or trip schedule adjustments.

• Government Closures: VooTours is not responsible for the closure of certain inclusions due to government mandates, weekends, or public holidays.

• Recommended Attire: Lightweight summer clothing is ideal most of the year, but a jacket or sweater is advised for the winter months. We highly recommend bringing high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat.

• Private Services: Personalized private transportation can be arranged for any tour upon request for an additional fee.

• Personal Property: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables (cameras, wallets, electronics). VooTours and our staff are not liable for items left in vehicles or at attraction sites.

• Stroller Policy: Strollers are not permitted in vehicles unless pre-arranged. Please notify us during your reservation if you intend to bring one.

• Child Supervision: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times during any water-based activities.

• Cultural Etiquette: Photography of UAE residents (especially women), military installations, and government buildings is strictly prohibited. Smoking in public areas is restricted, and littering is a legal offense that may result in fines.

• Mandatory Identification: Some tours require an original Passport or Emirates ID. Please check your “Important Notes” carefully, as we cannot be held responsible if you miss a tour due to missing ID.

• No-Show & Departure: Vehicles will depart at the scheduled time. Failure to arrive on time will result in a 100% no-show charge, and no refund or alternative transfer will be provided.

• Uncontrollable Delays: In the event of delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues, we will strive to provide an alternative solution. No refunds are issued for partially utilized services.

Where exactly is Ski Dubai located?

Ski Dubai is located inside the Mall of the Emirates in the Al Barsha district. It is easily accessible via the Dubai Metro (Mall of the Emirates Station) or through private transfers arranged by VooTours.

What is the difference between the “Snow Classic” and “Snow Daycation” passes?

 The Snow Classic gives you unlimited access to Snow Park rides (like the Bobsled and Tubing) and a one-time chairlift ride. The Snow Daycation is a full-day pass that includes unlimited rides plus your choice of one special experience, such as a Penguin Encounter, a Discovery Lesson, or a ride on the Snow Bullet zipline.

Do I need to bring my own winter clothes?

No! Your ticket includes a standard jacket, snow trousers, snow boots, and disposable socks. Helmets are also provided and are mandatory for children under 13. We do recommend bringing your own winter hat and waterproof gloves for added comfort.

Can my toddler join the fun?

For safety reasons, the minimum age to enter Ski Dubai is 2 years old. Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult (aged 16 or above) at all times.

How cold is it inside?

The park is maintained at a constant temperature of -4°C to ensure the snow stays fresh and the environment feels like a true Alpine resort.

I’ve never skied before; can I go on the slopes?

Access to the main ski slope is reserved for Level 2 intermediate skiers. If you are a beginner, you must book a “Discovery Lesson” to learn the basics before being allowed on the slopes.

What are the requirements for the Snow Bullet zipline?

To fly on the sub-zero zipline, participants must be at least 8 years old, a minimum of 125 cm tall, and weigh between 30 kg and 120 kg.

 Is there a place to eat inside the snow area?

Yes! You can visit the Avalanche Café located on the slopes for their world-famous hot chocolate and snacks, or dine at the North 28 Restaurant, which offers a great view of the penguin area.

Can I see the penguins without booking a private encounter?

Yes! All Snow Park guests can witness the “March of the Penguins” daily at designated times for free. However, if you want to pet or interact with them closely, a specific Penguin Encounter package is required.
